Eliza and Autumn

Well this summer didn't go as planned,I'm Autumn and this story is about Eliza and I when we were forced to go to Alaska. Many people say I'm a blonde idiot but really im pretty smart. I am one of those girls who get straight A's. My friend Eliza on the other hand gets in trouble like, a lot. She is a good person it's just she does some pretty bad things which some pretty bad people. That aside we met in sixth grade (now we are in 8th) I was a little shy but she got me out of my shell. She was more of a louder person and I well, I was really quiet.
She's had im just guessing,but Like 13 boyfriend's, as for me I have had three. I'm not that sad about it I'm more interested in getting in good colleges than dating guys, Eliza on the other hand would rather be popular and date guys than get into a good college. I don't even think she wants to go to college. I wear all the new brands of clothes because my mom makes me she says " I don't want them to make fun of you because of your clothes" I do have to admit there are pretty cute. Now Eliza on the other hand she likes comfy and lazy clothes she especially likes baggy clothes. We act differently than we dress we both know. Eliza and I hang out before school, lunch, after school, and on the weekend. She practically lives with me. Her mom works all day everyday. Her mom loves to work, it keeps her occupied. Eliza's dad left when she was only five. My dad left when I was 12. It was really recent. Eliza was with me the whole time. After he left I was in a bad place. I was depressed and I was cutting myself but Eliza helped me out of it. I am better now, thankfully. Whenever I ask my mom about my dad she just acts like I'm not speaking. I am determined to find him. Eliza feels the same way. We are searching at the library online, just looking up our last name and anything else we know about them. Both of our parents are lawyers, both attorneys. So that means they sometimes have to go to different states. That also means that we get to go on vacation when our parents go to different states during summer break.☀️ Then during the last week of school my mom called me when I was with Eliza. My mom said "Oh great,honey Eliza's mom and I have a case in alaska. Isn't that exiting. Alaska! Anyway, we are going one week after school is out. Get packed soon." "What! That is crazy talk really" I said happily. I quickly told Eliza and she freaked. We both have never been to Alaska. I heard it is cold.
