Chapter 8: The last room at the end of the hall

Chloe' s Pov

Tonight is the party. Alec is on his way to pick me up. I don't go to parties much but when I did it was because Josh made me instead of me going to enjoy myself.

On that note, I wonder where tonight will take me. While I waited for Alec I text Lily to pass the time.

Chloe- Hey Lil, what are you up to?

Lily- Oh nothing, just getting ready for a party :)

Chloe- Oh my God me too. Would it happen to be Matt- the jocks party?

Lily- Yup, so I guess I'll see you there then?

Chloe- Sure will :)

Lily- Awesome ;)

A car honked and I looked out the window. It was Alec. I grabbed my stuff and walked out the door.

As I got to the car Alec had to be a smart ass. "About time sunshine."

"Hey I wasn't that long. And besides, who's the one late picking me up?" He just smirked and drove off. That's what I thought.

Party here we come! Ha yeah right.

Blake's Pov

I heard a car horn outside so I looked out the window and seen Chloe all dressed up getting into a car.

Lily came up beside me and looked as well.

"who is that?" I asked curiously

"Oh that looks like Alec."

"who?"

"Chloe' s friend. I met him when we went to the fight club, he's an alright guy."

"Wait, you what?"

"Oh calm down big bro. The three of us went there to have some fun. But unfortunately someone had to ruin it."

"What do you mean?"

"Remember my crazy ex I told you about?"

"Yeah , what was his name again?"

"Hunter, anyway- Hey you tricked me."

"Well you would never tell me who it was."

"Because I didn't want you to start anything. I know how you can get."

Then it dawned on me. "Wait, did you say Hunter?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because he's the one who's been harassing Chloe!" I can't believe this.

"Yeah, I warned her about him." I looked at my sister and seen she was ready to go somewhere.

"Where are you going?"

"To a party, wanna come?"

"Uh, no don't really feel like it."

"Ok. Chloe' s gonna be there. That's probably where Alec is taking her."

I snapped my head towards her. "Really?"

"Yup." I put my head down. Playing it cool. Maybe I should go. To make sure she'll be ok. You never know what could happen at a party.

Especially when there are people wanting to hurt her. "Hey Lil need a ride?"

"Are you going to the party?"
