They tend to be verbally and physically abuse their object of desire and get embarrassed when complimented.

Really sweet on the outside. They can range from being cheerful and friendly or can be really shy. However, their friendly nature masks a darker side. These people are very possessive and controlling. Most will kill people or isolate their love interest.

Quiet, shy, and harmless. They're almost always buried in books. However, they can become talkative when they're around their love interest.

Kuudere

Emotionless, cold, and distant. On the rare occasion the the kuudere does speak, they tend to be very blunt and cynical.

The most cheerful, hyper, and loving one. These characters are constantly smothering their love interest with affection.

They want to be treated like a princess by everyone, even if they're not actual royalty. They may act stuck up as a mask to hide insecurities.

The male equivalent to the himedere.

Arrogant, proud, and sporting a good complex. They believe everyone should treat them as divine beings, and will force their views on everyone.
