"I Love You" (Valt x Shu)

Chapter One

Valt wakes up from his phone alarm. "No... no... no!" Valt's siblings walk into his room. His sister jumps on his bed with a huge grin.

"Valt... Valt! Get up! It's our last day of school. Then, it's summer break!"

"Wait, what? ...the last day of school?" Valt's brother also jumps on his bed. "Guys, get off of my bed. Please?"

"Never! Not until you get out of bed!"

"You know... Shu will be there," his brother teases. Valt blushes.

"Uh..."

His brother grins. "Is that a blush?"

Valt blushes harder. "No!"

His sister shakes him. "Get up already! ...oh, and here is your beyblade." She hands him his beyblade.

His eyes widen. "Where was it?"

"Downstairs." Both his siblings slide off his bed and skip out the door.

"Shu... at school?" Valt smiles to himself. Valt begins to daydream about Shu.

"Valt!" Valt flinches with a yelp. His mom stands at his doorway. "Why the hell are you still in bed?! You have five minutes to get ready." The color drains from his face.

He rushes to dress himself. Then, he sprints into the bathroom, but slips on the floor and onto his face.

"Ow..." He rises from the floor in pain. "My face... my beautiful face."

"Three minutes!" his mom shouts from the kitchen.

Valt panics, but manages to finish his morning routine. He falls down the stairs, but rises in record time. Then, he rushes into the kitchen.

"Your siblings just left... so, hurry the hell up," she warns with a smile.

Valt flinches to her bitter sweet words. Without a second thought, he grabs some bacon and runs out the front door.

Valt runs past his siblings, but doesn't notice. He trips into someone.

"Oh, sorry, I--" Valt chokes on his words. Before him stands... Shu.
