   I pulled up at my house

Oh yeah I'm definitely dead I grabbed my keys and walked in to find him sitting at the table, I smiled "hey dad"

His eye's narrowed "Oh, hey Harper do you have any idea what time it is your lucky I didn't call the authorities"

I rolled my eyes "dad it's only 9:36 and when I was with mom she didn't care and I came back later than that"

He started to laugh but it was fake he stood up pushing his chair back onto the ground "do I look like your mother to you, because last time I checked I'm not, that may work on her but it doesn't work on me, I don't know what has gotten into you lately but trust me Harper you don't want to start a war with me"

I crossed my arms over my chest "I think I do dad you never listen to me, you get mad all the time, and your so strict I can't take it anymore school and this house are two different places!"

He scoffed "go upstairs you sound like your mother, now give me your phone"

I ran past him upstairs "goodnight dad"

I ran up the stairs and locked the door to my room he was not taking my phone I don't care what he thinks he's not taking my phone.

  I went into my room and took a shower and changed into pajamas, I was so worn out but today was probably one of the best days I've had in a while.

I took Andrew's card and placed it onto my dresser then plopped down onto my bed, I took out my Percy Jackson book and read until I fell asleep.

I woke up that morning and got ready I took care of all my toiletries than I let my hair hang down I brushed out the knots, then I grabbed a pair of my jeans. a red and white shirt, my red retro jacket, and my glasses, I put it all on and completed the look with my white high top converse.

I ran downstairs and didn't see my dad I grabbed an apple then I started to look for my keys I know I sat them on the key rack I walked to the door and saw a note it read:

Since you want to have this war I'll make the first move have fun walking to school without your car keys ;)

P.s. it's over a 30 mile walk

I groaned he's so freaking immature, but I'll get him back. I pulled out my phone and texted Daniel:

Harper: hey Dani boy I need a favor

Daniel: well come right out and ask why don't you, what is it

Harper: so my dad grounded me and took my car keys and I have no other way to school besides walking and it's a long way away.

Daniel:  what's the address?

Harper: 459 Maple street

Daniel: be there in 10 ;)

I put my phone up and walked outside if he wanted to play dirty so could I, but how to get him back well he hates me coming in so late, I'll stay out later.
