Ellie's POV:

We entered the doors of the club, the loud music pounding through our brains as we took a free seat by the bar, I sighed loudly twirling my hair to the sound of the music as Rose stood awkwardly beside us, her arms covering her body

E:Hey sorry could we get three vodka and lemonades please?
I smiled at the barman as he nodded quickly, his hand reaching for the glasses as I turned back to the others

R:I was right, I'm sorry I can't be here
She walked away quickly but Chloe stopped her with her palm

C:Please, just stay
She hesitated forcing her arm out of Chloe's hand before nodding lightly

BM:Here you go girls, three vodkas and lemonade
E:Thank you
I smiled warmly handing him the money before lightly placing the cold glass in Rose's hands

She started sipping it lightly before we were interrupted by a pause in motion from a girl standing beside us
F:No way
We looked at her confused slightly as she smiled
F:Rose?
She laughed hugging her tightly as me and Chlo exchanged awkward looks to each other, clearly confused about the whole situation

F:My god I haven't seen you since like...
R:College
F:Yes!
She hugged her again releasing her attention from Rose, to us

F:And these must be your friends... sorry I'm Freya, I shared a room with Rose in college
E:Oh right yes Freya! It's lovely to meet you

She chuckled tucking a section of her hair behind her ear
F:So what brings you here tonight?
Rose carried on the conversation as I
I looked down at my phone that was sat on the edge of the table in front of me, I smiled at brads name, Chloe peered over my shoulder smirking down at me

C:Your boyfriends calling?
E:He's not my boyfriend

I sighed at her same question she had asked before over 50 times! Brad was a good friend of ours, we met him two years ago at a bar and we just clicked immediately, i really liked him in a more than friendship sort of way but as the months and even years grew it just never went past that stage of friendship, and now we're too close that we couldn't risk loosing each other, even though I still have those feelings

C:Are you not gonna answer it?
I swallowed hardly staring at the continuous ringtone, maybe tonight would be a good chance for me to move on

I shook my head letting the call drop sighing as I locked my phone
C:You let it go?
E:Yeah
I smiled lightly as she hugged my shoulders

F:Hey girls, me and my friends are just popping over to the other club do you wanna join us?
Rose looked between the both of us smiling awkwardly as I nodded lightly in her direction

E:You guys go have fun, I think I'm going to stay, I'll probably get a cab home soon anyways
R:You sure? I don't want to leave you here alone
E:I'm sure, it's your night remember

She chuckled under her breath hugging me tightly
C:Im gonna stay here too, then Ells won't have to worry about company

She nodded hugging her also before trailing off towards the others
R:Call me when you get home
She shouted from a distance as we waved lightly before she disappeared through the club doorway
C:Right I'm gonna pop to the toilet, I'll be back in a sec

She clicked her fingers rushing towards the corner of the room, I sighed spinning around on my chair as I sipped on the straw swimming around in my drink...
