"I really enjoyed myself. Thanks for the day Nathan." I said as Nathan and I walked out of the festival. We stayed until they told us to leave. Like a lot of people did.

"I wanna see you again." He said as he walked closer. "I'm feeling a vibe. I can't ignore it." He said quietly while touching my shoulder. His skin was cold from the night breeze.

I had to be honest. I was feeling something too. All night I was inspecting to see if he was a fuck boy but no. He didn't seem like one. I mean he didn't even try to kiss me.

But I have to tell him about Luke.

I blushed "Me too honestly." I breath in "But I have a boyfriend. Well kinda. He wants to get back with me and I just don't know where that will go."

He looked confused "Why did you guys ever break up?"

I looked down a little "He. Cheated. Like a couple times."

"He sounds like a jackass. I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life Jess but I've dealt with cheating before. They don't stop." He said boldly. I looked at him and could see that he had been hurt before. The way he let go and was so free tonight. He knows how to be happy because he's been sad before. Like a lot of people.

"I shouldn't be telling you all of this. I just met you." I said

"Yeah but we're not strangers." He said. He grabbed my hand and laced it between my fingers. I did the same. I can't be feeling this kind of warmth so fast. Maybe I just trust too quick.

His voice got deeper as he spoke his face was only an inch from mine. "Strangers don't feel this. Strangers...don't wanna kiss you right now."

I blushed.

"Hey you guys gotta clear the area!" We both came out of our trance and saw a cop telling us to go.

"Let me see your phone." I said. He handed me his phone. I put my number in it under "J".

I kissed his cheek and he smiled. Ugh dimples. " I gotta catch my train. Text me if you dare."

I started walking with the crowd towards my train. "I WILL TEXT YOU JESSICA!!" I heard him yell. I laughed.

I got a text while I was on the train.

'How was the festival thing?' -Luke

I rolled my eyes. I don't know why I even forgave him. He can be so demanding. I need to think about my choices. What I'm gonna do. I don't wanna break his heart but he didn't mind doing that to me. He didn't just cheat once. I felt a sting in my heart even thinking about it.

I texted Luke. 'I need to see you'

I'm in front of Luke's house. I felt a tear get ready to fall. This isn't gonna be easy I don't know what he might try to do. But I have to. I have to break it off with him. It's not about Nathan. It's about me. It's for me. I won't put myself through a relationship that I can't trust. It's not the same now. Things are different. We won't be the same ever again.

I knock on the door and he answers very happy to see me. "Come in babe" he said.

I walk in and try to breath. 'You got new rules now' 'You got new rules now' 'Dua Lipa' 'Dua Lipa" I keep repeating to myself.

"You okay?" He asked me.

"I'm....
