Long days
Filled with pain
No hint of happiness
Lost in the dark
I follow the same path
Leading into
The abyss
Will I see the light
In time
Or will I allow
This darkness
To encompass
My very existence
Until there is
No difference between
The darkness within me
And
The darkness which surrounds me
