Prologue
The life of a fan means admiring someone from a distance.
No matter how near or far that distance is, there's still that word.
Distance.
Fans are the most loving people I know, they are people who support, cherish and understand everything that their idols does.
They'll do anything to make their sunshines happy, they'll defend them over anything that casts them in a bad light.
They see through all the wrong things their sunshines have done and focus on what good they've given to the world.
I wish most people are like fans, they'll see every bad thing you do but they'll still look at you like you're the gift from the heavens above, because they look at the good that you've done and forget the rest.
They keep an open mind that nobody's perfect, every human being has committed a mistake in their life.
They are sweet loving people who will let you know if you did something wrong in a loving way.
It's like your mother asking you softly why you didn't fix your toys while baking you a batch of cookies.
Sometimes I see them falling heads over heels over the person they idolize, and it kills them inside.
It kills them to know that they won't be with the person they love, they will have to go through those times seeing them getting engaged, married and having kids.
Seeing that their sunshines are living the life they dreamt of, except they're not part of that life.
Sure these idols say they love their fans, they mean it, but it won't satisfy the need of those who love them in a passionate way.
A way wherein they love their sunshines more than theirselves.
They get called obsessed, weird, delusional and a dreamer.
More words can be thrown in, they hear it loud and clear but they choose to fade it in the background noise.
Some hear it and get hurt, some end up cutting and trying to harm theirselves.
I wonder why people couldn't see it, how their sunshines saved their lives.
They couldn't see it because they have enough happiness to get them through life, well some don't.
People who don't have enough happiness find joy in the smallest things they can ever find, some say it's the little things that count.
It's their music, art, acting or movies that saved people.
Their love
Their passion
Their hopes
Their wisdom
Their happiness
All coming from their sunshines.
From a distance, that's where they'll be.
From a distance.
How do I know these things?
I'm one of them too.

I look at my screen through the tears pooling around me eyes. I run my hand through my hair.
From a distance, that's where I'll be.
Author's Note:
This is for my fellow luvs that put their heart out there for their sunshines. I love you all so much. This is just the prologue! The real story begins on Chapter One! I hope you'll vote if you like it! See you on Chapter One.
