Day 21: Weigh in

Hey its Elise,

I've realized I didn't update you all when I ended up gaining weight which was around the 10th/11th of February.

I weighed in at 142 lbs. Yikes.

I'll be honest and admit that I did fall off track and I hated myself for doing so, but what's important is that you learn from it all and continue.

Did I really learn anything? Well yes and no. I learnt it was okay to mess up and that losing weight won't be something that's constant. There will be ups and downs. What I have yet to learn is learning how to get back on track quickly.

The reason why I even fell out of track was because I went out with some friends, and I can't say that the solution is to cut off all my connections but rather to learn self control.

I can go on and on about self control and why it's important, but lemme make this really short and sweet by giving you my current weight:

139 lbs (63 kg)
