Jo POV
Mondays, the worst day of the whole week. I swing my legs out of bed and stretch but Alex isn't here. We share a room and we're okay with it but she's never up before me. I leave our room and walk downstairs to see her on the couch with Ryan.
"Hey, what are you two doing up already?" I ask sitting down.
"I couldn't sleep right." Alex says. Somewhere I don't believe her but I'll leave it be. "So, school. Who's ready?" Both Ryan and I groan as mom walks in.
"What? Your not ready for a fantastic day at school?" she asks smiling. Mom and her morning humor.
"Yeah sure, I bet you never wanted to go to school when you were younger either mom." Alex says. She shrugs and sits on the couch across from us.
"No, your right but I put up with it for 12 years." she says. "And you will too, you all need a good education so you can get somewhere in life."
"We know mom. Can you drive us to school? Please?" I ask but she frowns.
"Sweetie, I worked until 6 this morning. I'm really tired but I can have your father drive you. He has the day off but didn't tell you." she says. We nod and she stands up to walk upstairs. "Just gotta get him out of bed......great."
"So, did you find your mate at the party on Saturday? I didn't see you yesterday." Alex asks Ryan.
"No, nothing." he sighs. "Its getting really frustrating! I'm almost 18 and I don't have a mate yet."
"Don't take it to hard son." dad says walking in with mom. She did get him out of bed but I don't want to know what she promised him. "I didn't find your mother until I was......15. Never mind, I'm not much help. Nicole say something!" he rushes past her and into the kitchen, leaving her standing there.
"Ummm....just have patience. Your mate will come." she says. He nods and I turn the TV on. We have breakfast and dad drives us to school.
"Have fun, I'll pick you up." he says before driving off. We walk inside and Ryan heads off to his class. We enter our classroom and sit down. Than our teacher walks in with a girl about my age.
"Mate! Thats our MATE!" my wolf yells scaring the shit out of me.
"What?" I ask looking at the girl. Shorter than me, dark red hair, green eyes and a perfect body....STOP!
"Its our MATE! Get her!" she yells again. I shake my head and look down to my notebook.
"Whats wrong?" Alex asks. I look up and my wolf just freaks out again. "Jo! What is it?"
"Nothing, just tired." I say. She nods and our teacher speaks up.
"Morning class. This is Anna Bell. She is new here so lets make her feel right at home here in our class." she says. "Okay, the table next to.....Jo. Thats free." my eyes grow and I look at the empty two person table next to me. She walks to the table and sits down. I can't help but stare at her. Perfect face, perfect curves, perfect ass........STOP! Just stop Jo! She looks at me and smiles making me smile back. But I didn't know she would be the biggest distraction for the whole day.
Break
Its 15 minutes break so I head to my locker to grab some stuff.
"Mine." a low voice behind me says. I turn and see Anna Bell smiling, showing her sharp canines. "Your mine."
"What? No! I can't have a female mate." I say. She gets closer and I'm against the lockers with my back. Everystep she takes closer to me makes my wolf freak out even more and my heart starts to beat really hard.
"We're one. Your mine and I'm yours." she says. I look around and see that everybody in the hallway is gone? Without warning she leans in and presses her lips to mine. They're so soft, so warm. I find myself kissing her back, my arms wrapping around her small waist. Her hands go through my hair making me moan. When we break the kiss we both smile.
"Mine." I say. She nods but we look at the clock. "Come on, we're gonna be late. I'm Jo Geirsee." she nods and the rest of the day I feel different, complete.

Yep, her daughter has a female mate. I personally think its normal plus I wanted to twist the story up.
