Act 1: Fools who dream

The school bell has finally released the students from it's grasp. Cheers and laughter are heard down every hallway. Except for one student; Kamoshida had it the hard way for a kid in high school. He was an unfortunate fellow. Girls shudder in disgust everytime they catch a glimpse of him, guys tease him for being small and skinny, even the teachers openly harass him. "I'm so sick of this stupid, idiot school!" he proclaimed to the ignorant world.

The world didn't care. Instead of a world, there was someone else who cared. A man with a rumpus figure arrives in his bright, shining red bicycle. That bicycle fit the man riding it. "K-Kaneshiro?"

"Yeah?" said the big man flexing his pecks. "How are ya, Kami?"

Groans left Kamoshida's small mouf "D-Don't embarrass me like that.... And I've been better too" he said, looking down and kinda sad.

"Haha well" Kaneshiro lifted Kamoshida's cheek up with his muscled finger. "I hope you feel better" he winks. Kaneshiro then did a 360 jump on his bike and sped off.

Kamoshida sat down on a bench and thought about the experience. "We're both guys so it's weird though... right?". He pondered over this question for about an hour. Then coming with a conclusion, said "I fricking love him".

Act 2: Before The Storm

Some days passed and the two men decided to get together at a nearby BigBang Burger. Kaneshiro put in a silly straw in one of the drinks. This made Kamoshida lol out loud. The laugh was uber cute and maybe even a little badass. Kaneshiro looked over to a poster of the burger mascot waving a flag, "So Kami... I've been getting into trouble recently".

Kamoshida peered into Kaneshiro's eyes. He knew what kind of trouble he was getting into. Everybody knew. Kamoshida frowned, "Yeah. I thought you were gonna stop with that nonsense". This almost made Kaneshiro cwy.

Kaneshiro got up and started to walk away. "Come over to my house to see it. Then you can tell me if it's nonsense or not" said Kaneshiro as he left the restaurant.

Later that night Kamoshida rang Kaneshiro's doorbell. His place was far from fancy, but the smell yummy. Kaneshiro's parents are usually always at work so the boy has to take care of his own home. Kamoshida wondered what they would do alone. The thought made him think about the Nostalgia critic for some reason.

Act 3: Ignotum per Ignotius

Kamoshida walked into Kaneshiro's house after the countless times he rang his doorbell. Nobody answered, so he decided to walk in and check to see if everything was alright. The first thing that Kamoshida saw was a large couch covered by old dusty books. Kaneshiro hid himself in this structure of books. "Okay, what are you doing?" Kamoshida was able to see Kaneshiro's eyes in the gap of the book structure.

Kaneshiro came out and laughed, "These are all the stolen books I've taken from the library! I'm sorry Kami, but this gives me LIFE!". Kaneshiro then jumped at Kamoshida "c'mon... let's go inside to get a better look".

The whole scene wasn't pleasant to look at. Kamoshida shook his head "No we can't..." he pushed Kaneshiro aside "we can't do this. You need help with something. You're only doing this to delude yourself from the problem. What's going on?".

Kaneshiro looked at his friend intently. He didn't want to admit it but Kamoshida wasn't wrong. He had been deluding himself in desires he didn't want to comply with. The larger boy looked to the side and thought about it. "My grandfather was a ship builder. He would find junk all over the ships people send him. One ship in particular was from the city of London; most of interior contained nothing interesting of any sort. Nothing interesting if it wasn't for the fact that there WAS something interesting. A chest" Kaneshiro picked a dusty book off of a shelf "A chest with only a book inside. This one book has doomed my family for many years". Kamoshida felt a chill run down his hunched back.

"D-Doomed?" he stared at the book. "What kind of doom?"

"Oh you'll see... it's a certain doom that only happens when all the animals sleep. Every true light dies." Kamoshida turned his head to Kaneshiro "and the full moon rises"

Kamoshida eyed through the window to see the full face of the moon rising. Something was wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. The words bouncing in his head. His throat giving out. Something was wrong, wrong, wrong.

"Hey don't be scared" smiled Kaneshiro.

What's going on? Why did he feel terrified? Every bone in his body chilled. Kaneshiro wasn't there anymore. The big, strong figure in his life left. All that remained was an empty husk.

"LOOK AT ME NOW, MORTAL" shrieked Kaneshiro as he lifted both of his arms up in cross-like fashion. "どろーだらけ の たべもの" he looked up to the heavens with both eyes running down blood.

Kamoshida was in danger. He knew this and yet the visual paralyzed him. His friend was standing in a pose resembling a T-shape speaking in tongues that pierced both of his ears. The figure started to arise from the ground as the room continued to vibrate. Various bookshelves have already started to fall. Kaneshiro's body was still in perfect T-shape phasing through the ceiling; only his lower body visible.

The paralyzed boy finally snaps out of it. The first rational thought was to get out of the building. Kaneshiro is gone. There was nothing he could do about it. He ran out of the shaking house and into the empty quiet streets. After gaining some space from the house the boy looked back to the now empty area of where it used to be. "No..." he fell down to his knees. "Why did this happen...?" Kamoshida looked up to the sky. His friend, no, his only friend is now above him. Still in that same horrific pose; face stained of blood that streaked down his cheeks.

"What's wrong, Kami?"
