You never left my mind (Joe sugg Fanfiction)

Chapter 1

*a/n: this is what Ariana looks *

*Ariana's pov*
Him, why does my mind always wander back to him, why? It's been 8 years since we last saw each other and yet he still lingers in the back of mind , I still remember the last memory we had together. I still remember it like it was yesterday, we were hanging out at his place with his older sister, watching movies while eating popcorn. In that moment life couldn't of gotten better but it was also filled with a memory that I didn't want to remember.

*flashback*:
Ariana's pov

"Ariana! Wake up! Joe and Zoe is here!" my mum yelled from outside the door.

I instantly sit up with a huge smile on my face, I jumped out of bed and ran to my wardrobe to pick out what I was going to wear for the day, I decide to go with a white long sleeve top , a red and black flannel to go over the long sleeve top and a pair of light blue denim shorts. I quickly get changed from my pjs into today's outfit, I slip on my white low cut converses and run into the bathroom to brush my teeth, after I brush my teeth I begin to brush my long brown hair with natural blonde highlights .

"Come on Ari you're taking forever, we want go play!" Joe yells with an impatient groan at the end, followed along by him saying 'ow!' meaning Zoe had hit him making me giggle.

"I'm coming!" I yelled from the bathroom giggling at how impatient joe was being.

I walk out of the bathroom and reach for the door knob to open the door, as I open the door I see Joe leaning against the door and Zoe sitting on the ground twirling a strand of her hair, I clear my throat causing them to both look in my direction.

"Ari!" Zoe squeals as she gets up from where she was sitting and running to embrace me in a hug.

I hug her back with a giggle , we pull back and smile happily at each other. I walk over to joe and hug him, I feel him hug me back. My face in his chest as he was taller the me, I'm 5'ft 4 (A/N: same height as Zoe) and his 5' ft 8 ½ . we both pull back after what seemed forever, I look up at him and give him a big smile. Zoe was older than both of us but only by 1 year, Joe and I are both 10 years old and Zoe is 11 years old. We have known each since before we could speak. Our Mums, Tracey Sugg and Amelia Johnson were best friends since high school, Tracey was the first pregnant obviously Zoe was born first then Joe and I were born a year after Joe but it's pretty cool because Joe and my birthday are 5 days apart. My birthday is 3rd of September 1991 and Joe's is the 8th of September 1991!

"Ariana! Hello?! Did you hear anything that we said ?!" Zoe asked with a giggle snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Um....yes?" I say but it comes out as  more of a question , giggling along with zoe.

"I said do you want to come over to ours and hangout with us ?" She repeats with a smile.

"yeah ! for sure! Let's go!" I exclaim
grabbing them by their arms and dragging them down stairs.

I hear them laugh and follow me out down stairs, I let go of their arms and go to hug Mum goodbye, as we walk out the door I hear her yell goodbye and have fun. Oh and did I mention that they live next door? No? Well they do. We walk to over to their front door and walk in, I can hear tracey and Graham Fighting in the kitchen. I see Zoe's head drop sadly with her smile fading away, I feel my smile fading away too, They were like my second parents but Graham was like the father I never had but wished I did. But that's a whole new story. (a/n: I know that Joe and Zoe we older when their parents got divorced but just for the story pretend they were 10 and 11 please:) ) I looked at Joe who was trying to put on a strong act for Zoe and I but I could tell that he was upset while trying hold up tears, I softly touched his arm causing him to look down at me with a soft sad smile which I returned, I broke eye contact and pulled Zoe in for a hug.
