"that girl is solely the reason why my boyfriend broke up with me."

"oof look who's gay for mingzhu. again."

"how is my jiejie in the first place for many consecutive times?"

huang mingzhu, a girl who everyone envies. rich, smart, tall, and has the looks.

but she never liked the attention she was getting. oh no boy, she really doesn't as she swore to herself that she'll be living in an unproblematic side of life.

turns out she was wrong.

"jiejie! you're first! again." justin cheerfully greeted, holding a cupcake with a mini congratulations as a decoration.

"judging by the people's reaction, yes i know. and thanks for the cupcake by the way." mingzhu took the cupcake and split it in half for her and her brother.

"oh yeah! and jiejie? remember that fat kid from the neighborhood last ten years ago?" justin asked, making mingzhu reminisce about the days where they lived near the nature and playing all day long with the cute kid from ten years ago.

"i can't remember his name, but yeah i do remember him."

"he's going to our school! today!" mingzhu just nodded at the sudden information and waved justin off.

as mingzhu promised haru, she head towards the entrance to fetch her friend but immediately got stuck in a bunch of-no, the whole ass population of the school.

"what's with the people here?" mingzhu whispered to herself. out of curiosity, she tiptoed to see a tall, handsome man in the middle of the people.

she figured it was probably justin's friend he was talking earlier. mingzhu didn't mind it and just went straight ahead to haru.

"you seriously have to socialize." a familiar voice told which made her attentive, it was haru.

"eh. i shouldn't do something THAT irrelevant in my life."
