Liam walked out of the art class with Poppy. He looked back to make sure that Fisher wasn't behind them. He sat calmly packing his things.Liam quickly turned to Poppy. "You still like the guy, don't you?"
"What?" Poppy looked at him. "What guy-"
"Fisher. You like Fisher."
Poppy blushed. "He's really nice and sweet-"
"Because of that one time he helped you out? He treated you like a breakable flower pot."
"No. He was nice to me. And even if he did treat me like that," Poppy smirked," I wanna be treated that way."
Liam looked at the ceiling and shook his head. "That is sad. Poppy, you're strong and you don't deserve someone who thinks you're fragile. You need someone who sees you for what you are."
Poppy glared at Liam.
"What's going on with you two?" Their friend Jenna stood in front of them.
"Poppy still has a thing for the hall monitor."
"Really?" Jenna grinned. "What? Did something happen?"
"He's in our art class. He couldn't mind his own business and cut into our conversation."
"I think he had a right too," Poppy shrugged. "I mean... We did say something controversial."
"It was a joke."
"What did you guys say?" Jenna leaned closer getting a little too eager.
"It doesn't matter. What matters is that the kid's a creep and Poppy should stay away from him."
"He's not," Poppy shook her head.
"What person ties the string on someone else's pants?"
"They were his. And I still have them by the way."
Liam shook his head. His eyes landed on Charlotte. She gave him a quick smile. "I'll catch up to you guys later, alright?"
"Sure," Jenna grabbed Poppy's arm. "Now, tell me about Fisher."
"Shhh," Poppy put her finger on her lips and giggled. "Keep it down."
Liam gave Charlotte tilt of his head then he walked into an empty classroom.
She stepped away from Sadie and followed him. "Hey," She smiled at him, shutting the door.
He didn't smile back.
She leaned over and tried to kiss him, but he moved his face away. "What's wrong?" She stared at him, baffled.
"I can't do this anymore," he frowned.
"Why? Does Poppy suspect something?"
"She doesn't...But she's not who I'm afraid of. I'm not supposed to do this."
Charlotte groaned. "Really? Everytime?"
"Look, Charlotte. I'm religious. I'm supposed to be celibate."
"Why don't you just tell everyone that, instead of claiming to be Asexual and then sneaking around to make out with me?"
"You're loud-"
"Go f*ck yourself," Charlotte walked back over to the door. "Or are you too celibate to do that too." She walked out of the room.
He sighed and sat on one of the desks.
