Chapter Five
"One, two, three... Lift!" Morgan's hands lifted me up to his arms, bridal style. I clinged onto him like a baby, still too dazed to barely open my eyes.
"Jesus, she's pretty small, really gotta do that?" Drew, I saw through my blurred vision, was standing at the door guarding it.
Morgan shrugged, "It made it seem more... Dramatic... Oh and, let's hope I disconnected the connected cords off her properly... Oh well, what's our escape plan? After all, not going to be easy off the third floor--"
"Escape plan? Are you kidding me? One, this isn't an action movie. Two, don't have one. Three, well, I did warn everyone to not trust gingers--"
"G-guys." I mumbled weakly out, fluttering my eyes open. They closed their mouths. "We might be on the third floor, but they have emergency exits."
"Genius," Drew clicked his fingers, "But where?"
My eyelids shuttered and flickered when I opened them, but I was standing with direct view of the floor plans and fire escape poster, behind Drew on the door.
Shakily, I lift one of my arms off Morgan and pointed over to the laminated picture.
Morgan and Drew filled an empty awkward silence, almost embarrassed by their easy questions, that even the injured could answer.

At last, the door had swung open. Drew had ushered me inside the apartment and feeling anxious, I looked around the room. The boys were quiet, although I had been sitting outside for ten minutes listening to them snapping at one another, I could have sworn they were throwing punches.
"You sure you want to do this?" Morgan asked slowly, looking me dead in the eyes.
"Yes, I'm sure." I looked back at him without blinking. Woah, he's attractive, though.
Drew just snorted at my response, though. "Test time!"
"Shut up, Drew!" Morgan glanced back at the boy leaning on the couch but turned back to me, "Pandora, what's your name?"
Simply, I replied automatically..."Pando--"
My words were chopped off by the risen eyes of the two boys in front of me. I paused and reminded myself of the change.
"I mean, Liberty, um, Libby if you like--"
"Libby, what's your surname?" Morgan continued to look me straight in the eyes, it was rather intimidating, but that was clearly the point.
"Well, I haven't given that much thought--" I struggled to pour out my words.
"What kind of person doesn't know their last name? You failed." Drew narrowed his eyes unimpressed.
"No, sorry sir, it's uh...Brawley. Liberty Brawley." I attempted to regain my status-- again.
Sighing, Drew gave in.
"Well, Miss Brawley, may I see your ID, please?" Morgan's starring eyes looked so blank, it made me worried about the entire 'test'.
God, how many questions are there? My head was screaming.
"Uh, I'm sorry sir, I believe I left it at home... I-I, I just came to the supermarket for eggs..." I slurred my words, unsure what to say.
The boys looked at each other with the same, smiling-eyes look.
"That's why we're going to get you a new ID." Morgan exclaimed grinning.
"I-I, I don't get it..."
