Sagittarius's POV:

"Where are all these people coming from!" I hollered at Skytten, both of us fighting against an increasing mass of humanity that had amassed outside of Libra's home. The smell of blood from their room were probably the source drawing these crazy bastards to us.

"Do I look like I know?? Just keep firing that damn bow of yours!" my sister yelled back as she tries to dodge the blows thrown her way from multiple directions.

From the second story balcony, I cocked 3 arrows and sent them flying through the skulls of 3 burly men charging Skytten's way. Quickly drawing more arrows, I sent more arrows flying through the air with precision into the bodies of more charging targets. It seemed as if the horde kept growing and growing with each one that we took down. Looking further out, I could see people fighting each other in what seemed like a battle royale to the death. Looking down towards the immediate threat, I could see Skytten vigorously guiding her sword with beautiful motions through the necks of attacking people, chopping off their heads with ease. Blood spraying everywhere and bodies falling all over, we were determined to protect the house until the two Scales came back to us from god knows what was going on.

Several hours later, the horde was all but gone as we endlessly went on killing people after people. Cocking one more arrow, I aimed it at the last person attacking Skytten with eager fingers to let it go striking through the air. However, the assailant,  a burly man dressed in a police uniform, was smarter than the rest and before I could lock onto his head, ran up and grabbed Skytten's sword by the blade and drew her close to him. Twisting the sword out of my sister's hand and carelessly throwing it to the side, he locked a choke hold onto my squirming sister's neck and began approaching the door into the house.

Letting out a maniacal laugh, the man screamed "Take your shot princess! I fucking dare you. Let's see how blessed you are with that bitch Sagittarius's aim."

Fear washed over my body as I tried processing what was happening. "How did he know I was born under Sagittarius....and more importantly how did he know I had the sign's special abilities?" I thought to myself.

Skytten POV:

Already tired from the hours of fending off hordes of people, I couldn't muster up energy to free myself from the vice like grip of my captivator. I thought about how he was smarter and bolder than the others; a weird thing given the fact that the hundreds of other humans all simply charged at me with no set indications of any plans of attack.

The man nearly causes me to go deaf as he screams at Sagittarius and mocks her, who had her bow and arrow pointed right at our general direction; general because the man was swaying like the Titanic on high seas so a direct shot was not possible without the ever-present risk of hitting me. Through swayed vision I could see her eyes frustratingly track what I assumed was the man's forehead; I knew my sister, she hated failure and her failure meant my possible death. This also meant that she would not take any risks so we were at the mercy of the jackass who had me captive.

"Oh crap" I thought to myself, he was at the door of the house now. "Not good, not good, not good, shit..." I mentally scream. We were inside the house now and through blurried eyes, the stairwell came closer and closer. Desperately trying to escape, I gave one final push towards freedom and frantically clawed at his face. Finding his eyes, I plunged my thumbs into the sockets and with a sick splursh, doomed the man to a 'blinding' pain. A sickening howl echoed through the house and out of anger, the man snapped my head to the right. An arrow thuds against flesh in the background as I fell to the ground. The sudden whiplash on the neck would've killed any normal person, but I was no normal person; my inner demons and Sagittarius's powers kept me alive. Both had other plans for me and I could sense the anger building up within as it expressed its disappointment with my failure to take a simple man's life.
