THE SKY WAS A DARK BLUE
when Fiona and Hugh reached the
thick fields near the old house they
lived in. Hugh had a smile plastered
on his face. But it wasn't fake.

Fiona tilted her head at the vibrant
colors in front of her brown eyes -
which held adoration for the few
around her.

Fiona stretched out her arms in
front of her which held no speck
of dirt. In seconds her fingertips
and under her nails would hold
the dirt.Miss peregrine scolded
her more than the both of them
could count.

Miss peregrine soon got used
to it,knowing it was the girls
instincts to embrace herself and
miss peregrine was all for it - only
if she didn't bring in any dirt or
flowers on the clean floors.

The sky was a perfect mix of dark
blue that fit perfectly with the
comfortable weather. Fiona wore
a light brown sweat shirt. Around
the both of them sprouted bright
yellow flower petals that
surrounded the brown middle.

The sunflowers grew a few feet
tall before reaching the height
of her chest and his waist, closing
them in from the house and the
worries of having their eyeballs
eaten by an invisible monster.

The flowers protecting them
grew a sense of comfort around
the couple. Bees crawled onto
the skin of Hugh peeking out of
his mouth and resting on his chin.

A few of the bees flew around Fiona
showing that they didn't mind her
and felt comfortable with the girl
who could conjure plant life from
the hard surface underneath.

Fiona smiled, big and wide causing
her eyes to mold and close slightly.
Hugh half smiled taking a look at
her in the sea of yellow and brown
surrounded by the warm air and the
pleasing color of the sky that formed
a tint in the loop.

The boy with the goggles treasured
another moment they had together
as the rain slowly trickled down.
