Invasion

Chapter 1: Welcome to The Clan

"Oh no no no no no no!" Kliff panicked.

"We're all gonna die!!!!" Dustin screamed.

"I can't die, I'm only a one tail!!!!" Kliff cried.

Kliff and Dustin were two Canineans in the form of foxes who found themselves in the middle of an alien invasion. They were both brown furred, you could see the panic in Dustin's burgundy eyes and the fear in Kliff's golden ones. They were running on the rocky terrain of their planet Caninea, trying to avoid as many aliens as possible. They ran into a crumbled building to hide and catch their breath.

"Huff... puff... they're... destroying everything!!!" Kliff breathed.

"I... don't know if I... can make it... you have to go on without me" Dustin coughed.

Dustin transformed into his humanoid self and lied flat on the floor, Kliff also transformed into his humanoid self and looked at Dustin disappointingly.

"Stop being so lazy, I'm not leaving you" Kliff assured him.

"Suit... yourself..." Dustin shrugged.

Kliff smoothed his black hair behind his fox ears. He looked through a crack that was in the crumbled building and gasped.

"Dude, they're zapping us" Kliff said in fear.

"What???" Dustin asked.

Dustin jumped off of the floor and walked over to Kliff scratching his blonde hair. Kliff pointed at the crack that was in the crumbled building. He showed Dustin an alien zapping someone from their kind and they seemed to have disappeared into thin air.

"What in technology?" Dustin gasped.

"We have to get a move on, we can't stay in one place for too long" Kliff advised.

Kliff transformed back into a fox.

"People all over are being attack, it's chaos out there..." Dustin said shakily.

"What can we do? We don't stand a chance against them. We just have to try and get somewhere safe and fast!" Kliff cried.

"Well yeah that is the best option" Dustin agreed.

"Don't get me wrong, I'm frustrated we can't help them... but I'm also... really scared..." Kliff sighed.

"Let's go!" Kliff shouted.

"C'mon Dustin... you got this..." Dustin said to himself aloud.

"Dusty, we have to move!" Kliff commanded.

Dustin transformed into a fox and followed Kliff. They ran and went in the opposite direction of any sounds they heard.

"Hey!!!!"

Kliff and Dustin jumped and turned around to see who was calling at them. It was a fox with black fur, three tails, with brown hair and eyes. He also had a grey ball of light hovering around near his head.

"W-who are you?" Kliff asked shakily.

"There is no time for introductions right now, come with me if you want to live!" He said.

"He is from a different clan, should we trust him?" Dustin asked.

"Well I want to live" Kliff said.

"Well said" Dustin agreed.

Kliff and Dustin followed the mystery fox closely. They followed him to a van which was hidden by rocks surrounding it, and nearby was another person. He had three tails, black fox ears and tails, with orange hair and grey eyes. He was standing next to the van but in his humanoid form. He also had a grey ball of light hovering by his head.
