*Yasmin POV*“Yas?” I hear Nathan say behind me. “Yea Nathan?” “Do you know what room the orthodontist should be in? And call me Nate.” (A/N:Dis is some bssssss-Miz&Non) “Mk well I think the room is usually the first one on the right? Then again usually the dentists are different. I shouldn’t assume genders. In this case dentistry’s. He nods and grabs my hand while walking through the door.
I blush and he grins when he sees me and pushes me against the door to tease me. I yelp in surprise but then go quiet because I hear the zombie sounds. (A/N:I’m going to continue writing.Because I’m a nerd.-Non 2018~Miz) and he said “I love you, biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch,” and then said “I ain’t never gonna stop lovin’ you biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch!” I stare at him trying to to suppress my giggles. “Vine references? Really? Who are you, Tristan?” He stopped and put his hand on his chest “I'm offended.” I giggle silently and he grins back at me. The zombie noises quiet down so we walk in. Turns out everyone in there aren’t zombies but they are all staring at us like we are stupid.
“Is there a orthodontist here?” I ask. They all point to a young boy, around 8, and then a girl comes up. “Hey cutie~,” she says to Nathan in a flirting tone. (A/N:Oh hellllll no! *miz puts in story then cue the giggles from Non*-Miz&Non) I stare her down daringly and she doesn’t seem to notice. “Name’s Sarah. But you can call me tonight.” She winked at him Nathan quickly glanced at me in panic, noticing my blood starting to boil. “Uhm!” he says in a squeaky tone “I’m a child of god.” I held back a smile and a laugh and he kept a completely straight face. This Sarah girl looked over at me basically choking on my laughs “Yeah, ‘child of god’ bullshit. I’m not that unattractive honey.” He Nathan looked over at me and smiled and then looked back over at Sarah and said “Yes, yes you are.” he laughed and we both walked out of the dentist. I might of just lost a shot at getting my braces out but, worth it.

We walked out to the car to see Sammy and Tristan looking at each other with lovey dovey eyes laughing and smiling. I opened the door and said “Hey love birds.” Sammy and Tristan snapped out of their conversation. “Sup!” they said in unison trying to break the tension. A few seconds after Nathan got into the car the group of people we say in the dentist came out with weapons and started running towards the car. “UHHH!! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED IN THERE?!” “ASK QUESTIONS LATER, SAVE OUR LIVES NOW!! DRIVE DAMMIT DRIVE!!!” Tristan put the keys in the car and stepped on the gas. We got away quickly but I could see the look of worry and madness on Sammy's face, she looked back at me and Nathan.
“Care to explain?!” We both looked at each other and started laughing “What a crazy bitch!” I said that and Sammy shot me a dirty look and I knew what was going through her head. “Not you Sammy, I was talking about that girl in front of all those people. She was hitting on Nathan and he shut her down.” Sammy's face planted “Okay then, as long as we didn’t die.” Tristan got a weird look on his face, laughed and said “I feel like we shouldn’t be laughing about this.”
We were halfway down a popular street when the car started slowing down. “Shit, we’re almost out of gas.” Tristan says that and I immediately freak out. “How the fuck are we supposed to gas?! The pumps wouldn’t be working!!” “That’s where you’re wrong Yas,” Nathan said “Have you noticed that the more we get into this city the less zombies we see?” Now that I think about it...he’s right. “You’re right Nathan! Maybe if we’re lucky we’ll get into the city quick enough and find some working pumps! Of course if they haven’t been sucked clean. These guys got a warning, we didn’t.” “I mean, we kinda did.” Tristan stated. Sammy looked over at Tristan “If call a surprise lockdown a warning then yeah, we got warning.” I looked at Nathan and he didn’t want me to escalate the situation and probably get the blame put on us but..I just had too. “Actually,” I started “They said things about it on the news, of course they didn’t say exactly that it was a zombie apocalypse but, they did talk about symptoms that sound awfully like it.” Sammy turned around and looked at me “How long did you know this?” “T-the day when I went to go tutor Nathan.” I looked down and Sammy said “Yas, don’t get all down about it. It’s not like you knew that it would escalate to this point. It’s not your fault that scientist fucked up the world.” I wanted to look up but that last part made me kinda depressed, she right. What happened in that lab? Why didn’t they tell us what it was right away? Why didn’t they prepare for this? What experiment were they doing? They destroyed my town, my home, my life. I snapped out of my thoughts because Nathan was hovering above me.
