Chapter One

I woke up with the sound of my alarm. I open my eyes and move to turn off the alarm. Once off, i lay on the bed for sometimes. I do this everyday, i like laying on the bed and thinking of whatever comes in my mind.

I took a glance of my room and see the sunlight peeking through the curtains of my window and coming straight in the room towards my bedsheets. Its just 7:00 am.

I move to lay on my right side and my mind drifts of to what my father told me last night. I am the daughter of the Alpha of Blood Moon Pack. My father Samuel Anderson is the Alpha of the pack. Our pack is quite big but unfortunately my father has no sun who could rule this pack after him. And he thinks womens cannot rule over a pack.

Flashback to last night:
Having dinner with my family is quite a difficult thing which i am doing right now. My father never usually comes at dinner unless he wants to talk about something. He usually stays at his office and do 'Pack business'.

Back to the torturous dinner that is very quite. My father is sitting on the big chair while me and my younger sister, Isabelle, are sitting on his left while my mother, Luna Emma is sitting on his right.
While i was trying to finish my dinner faster my father decides to break the silence.

"I want to see you in my office after dinner Amelia" He said and moves from his chair making a scraping sound and i flinch by the noise.

After he left my mother gave me a look that says 'Do not think of any escape'. I give her my innocent puppy look and she rolls her eyes.
"Do you have any idea what is it about?". My sister Isabelle asked.

I just shrugged and made a move to leave for his office when i hear my mother say "You know we love you right? Whatever we do its for your best".

I looked at her and gave her a small smile.
"Offcourse. I love you too mom"

I am now standing in front of his office while having a bad 'gut feeling'. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. He gave me a small 'come in' and i opened the door just to see him sitting on the couch near the window. I raised my brow, he usually sits on the chair behind his table.

He motions for me to sit beside him on the couch. I sigh and sat with him.

"Ummm... So?" I said.

"How are you?" He asked taking me by surprise. My eyes shoots up to him and saw him already looking at me.

"I'm okay Dad, is everything okay with you" i asked weirdly.

"Offcourse. I just wanted to talk to you about something important. You know i love you right?" Ok what the hell now? I nod.
" As we both know i don't have a heir for the pack. And pack is in danger if i dont hand it over someone capable to take care of it. As i am getting older. So i made a decision for the safety of this pack. And you have to help me ok?"

I smiled "Offcourse Dad, Anything"

"I made a deal with Alpha Kenn. As u haven't found your mate and u're already 20. And Alpha Kenn's mate has died the day the met. We both took a decision that you two should get married and then Alpha Kenn will take over this pack too." He said.

I froze. It was like i forgot to breath when he said those words. Marry someone who is not your mate.

I stood up immediately and glared at my dear father. "No! No fucking way that i'm marrying that asshole! If u want a heir then i can take over the pack but i won't marry that scumbag"

"Language! Young lady. And you cannot take over a pack. You are a women! You can be a luna but not a Alpha. You need a man and that men is Alpha Kenn. You should respect our wishes"

"But my mate is out there how can i do this?"

"You never met your mate in 2 years. How can you now? Now get over the fact that he is dead! And stop being a pathetic child"

His words were like stone.
"No no no no.... I can't ok? I need to go"

I ran to my room and locked my door ignoring my father's shouting and started sobbing. I wanted to scream cry but i just couldn't.
'He's dead' his words kept haunting me whole night and cried my eyes out.

Present:
I get u from my bed and entered my bathroom. I took a shower and looked at myself in the mirror. I had puffy eyes and my face was swollen too. I brushed my teeth and ignored my reflection.
I got out of the bathroom and went to my walk in closet. I took out a white V-neck shirt and plant jeans and wore them. I grabbed my skin cardigan putting it on while oppening my bedroom door and went downstairs.

I saw my mom with the housemaid, Annie, and chose to ignore them as i have no mood of talking to someone. I went to the pack house in 5 minutes and throw openned my bestfriend, Kendra's door just to see her already sleeping. I rolled my eyes at her postion of lying as she was laying on her stomach with her legs and arms wide open. I jumped on her back and she screamed.
She glared when she saw it was me but i could see the relief in her eyes. I chuckled and gave her my innocent puppy look.
"What do you want?" she asked me.

"Good Morning to you too"
She rolled her eyes and looked at me. Her eyes suddenly wide open when she saw i have been crying.

"Something happened right?" She asked.
I looked away and just nodded my head but ended up telling her everything. I felt good after talking to her. We did breakfast and watched some movies untill i felt someone in my head.
It was my dad offcourse. " Where are you?"
"At the pack house" i replied.

"Get home in 10 mins." And then he cut off the mind link.

I linked my Isabelle and asked her if everything's okay. But her answer was something i was afraid of.

"Alpha Kenn's here."
