I am Hinata Hyuga.

The daughter of the leader of our clan.

Currently, we are doing our daily duties for Konoha as genins.

"Hinata, can you bring that over here?" Kiba asks while hammering down a nail into the nearly done chicken house.

I walk there and take the piece of wood. I hand it to Kiba and he smiles before getting back to work.

The chicken house is nearly done so I guess I should just pet Akamaru until Kiba finishes.

I stroke the fluffy fur of Akamaru and he rolls around with glee.

"Hinata, I heard Naruto is back from his mission," Shino says without knowing where he came from. He just kinda appears.

"Really?" my cheeks reddening. I hate that I can't contain my excitement to see Naruto.

It's been a few weeks since I've seen his troublesome face. It makes me laugh how I actually miss his pranks around the town.

After he passed being a genin, he's been working extra hard.

I wanna be like him. Someone who looks ahead and bravely faces the future no matter what it brings.

"Hinata, are you okay?" Naruto's raspy voice sang. I look at my side to see him with his wide grin.

Oh my gosh! Is this a dream?!

He is too close! I feel like I'm going to faint!

"Naruto! You're ganna make Hinata faint if you're that close!" Shino warns him.

"Why?" he innocently asks, he places his hand on my forehead which caused me to feel warm, "Is she claustrophobic?"

I am going to faint in this rate!

My knees goes weak and my body is basically sliding down to the ground.

When I was about to unconsciously hit the ground, I feel strong arms wrap around my waist.

I look up to see the cold Sasuke helping me up. His eyes darting into mine.

Those eyes.

They're so distant and cold. They're the opposite of Naruto's welcoming and warm eyes.

"You okay?" Sasuke' voice stable and scary.

I nod with panic before standing up and wiping my pants.

"Hinata! You did that on purpose so Sasuke could catch you!" Ino accuse.

"Cheap shot!" Sakura follows.

I want to laugh so much! They are so into Sasuke. Well everybody is. But I'm not. Is that weird?

But as usual, the shyness overtakes me and I become flustered and I shy away behind Akamaru.

"So Naruto, how was the mission?"

"It was great! I got to practice my chakra control and I ate so much delicious food!" Naruto laughs, "Oh I almost forgot. I got everybody something."

"Really?!" Shino anticipates.

I also took a peek to see what Naruto brought back.

Naruto searches through his bag before removing a container. It wasn't pleasant looking. Wait... It's poo!

"What the hell?!"

"What is that?!"

"Eww Naruto!"

Everyone shrieked.

Naruto chuckles, "You guys! It's the poo of the great cow, Abba!"

Sakura rolls her eyes, "Our mission was basically to make sure that this cow Lala gives birth properly to the baby. The baby's name is Abba."

"So you got us its poo?" Choji scratches his hair.

Naruto proudly nods, "Isn't it great? I will keep it forever!"

I suddenly laugh. I have no idea but I just started laughing.

Everyone's eyes focuses on me.

Oh gosh!

My cheeks burn red but before I could faint, Naruto laughs with me and the others laugh too.

"Hinata-chan, your laugh is cute," Naruto says before continuing to happily laugh.

My heart if beating like crazy! Can he not!
