Jazz's view

I sneaked into Kaon and to the gladiator pits where the sparkling twins said their uncle would be. 

I roamed around the different areas until I came to the quarters and proceeded to look for the mech. 

I was successful once I found him in his quarters. 

I silently walked in behind him and pressed a pressure point that caused him to fall into stasis. 

than I put a pair of cuffs on him and made my way back out of the pits and out of Kaon, making my way back towards Iacon. 

He woke as I neared the base, so I set him down and blindfolded him so he wouldn't learn the base's location. 

"what's happening?" the mech asked

"you will see soon enough, 'Con" I said as I grabbed his arm and hauled him up and made him walk beside me, heading to the base. 

I was glad that there were no bots roaming the halls at this time as I walked to Prime's office. 

"Jazz. I see you were successful in capturing the mech. I will let Ratchet and Prowl know" Optimus said as I forced the mech to sit down on the chair and removed the blindfold. 

a few kliks later, Prowl and Ratchet entered with two unexpected bots. 

"Ratch, why did yah bring the sparklin's?" I asked

"I felt that they needed to know what was going to happen" Ratchet said

Ratchet's view

when Optimus commed to come to his office, I quickly left knowing that the twins would end up following me. 

I entered shortly after Prowl did with the sparklings behind me. 

"Ratch, why did ya bring tha sparklin's? I heard Jazz ask

"I felt that they needed to know what was going to happen" I replied as I laid optics on the mech who left them alone. 

"Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, I would like it of you two would stay by me" I told him

"all right" Sunstreaker replied

"Skywing, correct?" I asked

"yes now would one of ya explain why I am here?" He asks

"It's simple. I would like you to sign the twins over to me" I said

"mow, why would i do that?" he asked

"you left them in a decimated area of Iacon. alone and with no Energon. You are not fit to take care of them!" I said, waving my wrench at them

"why should I care? They're just abominatons and they have no other family but me" he said

"that is a bunch of slag and they do have other family than you" I said as I threw a wrench at him

"who than?" he asked

"me. their carrier was my sister" I told him, pleased at how shocked he looked

"y-you're Ratchet. Morning Sun's brother." he said as more a statement than a question

"so you do know" I stated

"of course I do. She made me promise her that if I couldn't care for her sparklings, to find her brother, but she only told me hi name and where he lived. But Polyhex was destroyed and I didn't know if anybot from there survived." He replied

"Are you willing to sign the necessary papers, Skywing?" Optimus asked him

"yes. I'd rather them be raised by a bot who would give thtem what they need." Skywing said as Jazz uncuffed him long enough for him to sign the data pads. 

"Jazz, take him back to Kaon" Optimus said

"sure thing, Prime" Jazz replied

"Skywing, do not ever come near them again." I told him

"I agree." he replied as Jazz lead him from the office

"you're carrier's brother?" I heard Sideswipe say

I knelt down and looked at both of them

"yes, I am." I replied to them

"you won't leave us, ever?" Sunstreaker asked, worried

I went to reply but Sideswipe interrupted me

"you'll protect us and love us?" Sideswipe asked

I looked at them, "I promise" I told them and they smiled before they hugged me.

I hugged them back and kept my arms around them as I stood up and looked at Optimus and Prowl

"If either of you mention this..." I said warningly

"we know, Ratchet and it won't leave from this room" Optimus said 

"good. I better get them energon and to berth" I said before leaving Optimus' office and headed to my quarters. 

I somehow managed to put in my code while holding the twins and entered my quarters . 

I set them on the couch.

"stay here while I get some energon" I told them

they just nodded, fighting to go into recharge

I quickly went over to the dispenser and grabbed some energon. 

I walked back to the couch and handed them each small cube of low grade while I drank regular grade. 

I watched them until they were finished and where about to fall into recharge. 

"I think it's time to recharge" I told them as I picked them up again and headed to my berthroom

I laid them down on my berth next to each other and as soon I laid down, Sideswipe curled against my side as Sunstreaker climbed up me and laid down on my chest, above my spark chamber. 

"night, uncle" Sideswipe murmered shortly before Sunstreaker did the same. 

I waited until I knew they were in deep recharge to recharge myself.
