Chapter 2: The Truth

      It was 3 months after Sebastián had been missing and still no sign of him. The cops haven't been looking for him as much as they were 3 months ago. Mariana and Diego were devastated. They were going to continue to find their lost son.

*3 months earlier*
      Danny and Daniella were the proud parents of their first child, Logan. They traveled from Darwin, Australia to San Sebastian, Spain for vacation and Daniella was pregnant. 45 minutes after she gave birth to Logan they heard a loud boom and they all panicked.

      It was a helicopter that crashed into the hospital. They put Logan in their car but they had to go back because Danny realized he forgot his phone.

      They got in the car and drove off not realizing they took the wrong car that had the wrong baby. When they got to the air port they got on a plane and landed back in Australia.

      When they were on the plane they realized they didn't have the right baby.  They called the cops, but they couldn't do anything because it was a completely different country. Danny and Daniella had to find a way to get this baby back to Spain, but for now they were raising this baby, the wrong baby.

*11 years later*
      Danny and Daniella were still raising Sebastián, but they didn't know his name so they named him Ben, but only because they didn't think they were going to have him for this long. Ben really loved soccer and he was really good. He was on the 5th grade soccer team and he was the captain.

      After Ben got home from school one day he changed his clothes into his soccer jersey and went outside to play soccer. After about an hour and a half he came inside and Danny and Daniella were sitting on the couch.

      Danny said, "Ben you should come here, we have to tell you something." Ben walked over to them and sat down. "Now please don't be upset when we tell you this, but we're not your real parents." said Daniella.

      Ben was in shock. "What do you mean?" asked Ben. "When you were born a helicopter crashed into the hospital and everyone rushed out and your real parents put you in a car, which looked exactly the same as ours and unfortunately the keys were in it so we thought it was ours. When we got on the plane, back to Australia, is when we noticed that we took you by mistake." said Danny. Ben started crying and asked, "What do you mean, back to Australia?" "You were born in Spain." said Daniella.

      Ben was so surprised. He was upset, lost, hurt, and even happy at the same time because he's alive. He could've died the day he was born. Ben went to his room and stayed there for the rest of the night. Daniella made him tacos but he refused to eat them. In the morning Ben went to the kitchen, ate his food and went to school. Ben didn't tell anyone about it because he was still so upset. After school it was the same thing, goes to his room and does nothing.

     "He hasn't even practiced soccer in 3 weeks" said Danny. Daniella replied, "I know, he quite the soccer team right before the tournament and the team lost. I really hope he will get over this eventually." Danny said, "What if we try to get him back to his real family?" "Sounds like a good plan, but you think he would miss us?" Asked Daniella. "I don't know. We should talk to him about this." Said Danny. So they did...
