Truly,Madly and Bluely!

"Bye Aunt Mary", I said as I rushed out of my house towards my best friend's car i.e Stephanie Waters. I was so late this morning, and I had toast hanging from my mouth as I tried to tie my lace. Steph was already honking way too loudly so most of my neighbours were giving me the stink eye. I sat in her mini volvo which was pink! And no,not your average pink which is pleasant but the one which will hit your eye and make you blind. Steph loved pink! Almost everything she owned was pink! Ugh! I never approved of it coz I hate pink but I have learnd to tolerate it."April!! We are so late! Could you wake up early atleast today! We are starting college today and still you managed to oversleep?", Steph yelled at me. But this was not new to me coz that girl had a temper. I just said sorry and gave her my best puppy eyes which I knew she couldn't resist. We were starting college today and coz me and Steph were inseperable we had applied to the same college and it was in California and we had got in! Yay! Till we find our own apartment, I was bunking in my aunt's house and Steph was with her annoying brother and his girlfriend. So today after college we were going apartment hunting. We reached college just in time for our first class and we just checked ourselves in the mirror. Steph was very pretty and most of the time she was the prettiest girl in the room with big green eyes with the perfect eyelashes, blonde shiny hairy which was naturally curled towards the end and a hot body. She had a boyfriend Jack,back home i.e Boston and they were a cute couple. I was the complete opposite of Steph. I was a boring brunnette and it was just lying lifelessly on my shoulders and I had extra large eyes and they were blue and I had full lips and i was not so tall and my body was not all that great and well hidden with a plain old denims and a grey sweatshirt. Unlike Steph, I hate dressing up except for my prom which was a disater. I am too lazy to apply make up or go shopping.And Ihave never had a boyfriend and I have never kissed. Steph thinks I am a little weird but she still just loves me too much.So I was busy looking at the dullness of my hair to see that Steph was halfway towards the building.I ran towards her trying to manage all these fat books in my head when I accidently knocked into a pole. Ugh I am so clumsy.Great I will be late for my first class.I was frantically rubbing my elbow coz I had scraped it when I fell when I felt eyes on me. I looked around to see who it was, and there he was. Leaning against his red Cadillac. He was smirking,almost laughing at my fall. He had the bluest eyes I have ever seen. Mine were just pale blue whereas his were deep blue. He had dirty blond hair which was messy and the most amazing lips I have ever seen.He was very tall. I just coudn't stop staing at him.Until he frowned at me, and that's when I realised what I am doing and I just scowled at him for laughing at my mishappen and ran towards my class.

I was panting when I finally figured out where my class is, and I was 15 mins late. "Your in college now young lady. Not high school. I am going to let u in this time and please start working out..the entire state can hear you breathe!", said my Prof, and the whole class sniggered and I just scrambled into the nearest seat to avoid further embarrasement.I saw Steph trying to catch my eye and I just flipped her coz she had ditched me. I later found out that the old man was Prof.Hilbert and he is taking data structures for us and I was dozing off the entire time. As I looked around after half hour into the period, I caught a pair of blue eyes and I gasped. I felt goosebumps all over and I saw that he is the same guy with the red cadillac. He smirked at me and raised his eyebrows silently asking me y I was staring at him. I became red from it and flipped my head towards the teacher. Steph passed me a note asking what's wrong and I told her I will update later. Finally the bell rang and everyone were running towards the door, when the Hilly,yes Hilly suits him the best,over there gave us all assignments which was very pissin off.I was telling Steph about Mr Blue lagoon and she was gushing about how hot he is when he came behind me and whispered in my ear,"I dont bite you know, unless you want me to!" and sauntered off into the hallway. I was staring wide eyed at his retreating back when Steph was screeching saying he likes me. I suddenly felt very angry seeing that he thinks its ok to treat me like any other chick and I rushed to give him a piece of my mind but he was nowhere to be seen. So I just vowed to not associate with him and got happy thinking that I have only one class left and then me and Steph could go apartment hunting.I had to walk all the way towards the other side of the campus to get to my art class and Steph went into singing.I still had 10 mins to get there and the campus was really beaautiful. As I was strolling, I saw Mr Blue lagoon with his friends on the lawn sprawled like they owned the place and I took a detour to avoid them.But I just could not stop looking back at him, and to my surprise, he was staring right at me and it felt like he was trying to figure somethin out.
