Here is the next chapter for you...Enjoy!

"Amber wait up" I heard behind me as I was walking to science. I turned around to see Brent running after me. "finally! I've been looking everywhere for you woman, where have you been?" he asked breathlessly. I was actually sat in one of the corners of the library kissing Ryan but I was too embarrassed to tell him that.

"oh, I um had to finish some coursework for English so I was in the library" I replied. He glared at me for a minute and I was worried that he knew what I was actually doing. But he smiled and nodded and I let out a breath of relief.

We got into science and sat at our desks. The lesson was quite boring and we just had to take notes. Mrs Wainwright mentioned us doing and experiment but remembered what happened with me and Brent in here last time so completely gave up on that idea.

Brent was an easy person to talk to. Yes, he was very loud and excited, a bit like a puppy, but he was very lovable.

"so..." I said to him. I was going to try and get him to talk about him and Sophie and maybe I could get them together.

"Yes?" he asked, a bit confused.

"What do you think about Sophie?" I asked casually, but I then smirked at his pink cheeks.

"I uh...I uh think she is very pretty, very funny, she has really soft hair, and a beautiful smile. Her laugh sounds beautiful and I can't stop staring at her" he rambled on. he stopped for a second and looked at me. " I like her don't I?" he asked me in a hushed voice. See! He's just too adorable!

"yeah I think you do" I replied making his face go a darker shade of pink. "why don't you ask her on a date?" I suggested to him.

"oh I can't do that!" he said shaking his head.

"why not?" I asked him.

"because I'm scared that she doesn't feel the same way" he said sadly making my heart melt a little for him.

"Brent I'm pretty confident that she does feel the same way about you. Just ask her if she wants to go to one of the little quiet restaurants in town tonight, say 7 maybe?" I suggested again. He thought about it for a minute before sighing loudly.

"Maybe your right" he said. he then went quiet again for a minute. "But what do I wear?" he asked panicking slightly. I laughed lightly at him.

"Don't worry I have a plan" I said as the bell went.

It got to lunch, and I went and found Ryan sat outside in our usual spot. I sat down next to him and kissed him gently. "I need your help" I said.

"what do you need?" he asked smiling sweetly at me.

"Brent is going to ask Sophie on a date and he needs your help deciding what to wear and all the things boys do before dates. So I'm going to go around Sophie's and help her while you help Brent?" I asked giving him a big cheesy grin. He laughed at me and kissed my forehead.

"of course I'll help him! He would be useless on deciding what to wear and where to go" he said.

"brilliant!" I squealed in excitement.

Me and Sophie had a no lesson last period, so we spoke about the date. Of course, she said yes to him. I explained all the tips for dating and before we knew it the bell for the end of school had gone. It took us fifteen minutes to walk to Sophie's house. I said hello to her mum and grabbed some snacks out of her cupboards before running up to her room. I thought that I was completely in experienced with the whole dating scene, but it looks like Sophie was worse than me. But not in a bad way. It's perfectly normal to have never had a boyfriend or been on a date. It can take time to find the right person.

Sophie sat on her bed eating a packet of crisps while I looked through her wardrobe. It took ten minutes before I found a really nice light pink floral dress that flowed down to the knees.

"Put this on" I said. she put it on and she looked absolutely beautiful. Her naturally wavy blonde hair complimented the dress very well. She of course didn't need any make- up and put a pair of white converse on. she looked stunning. "wow Soph you look beautiful" I said in awe. She really was a beautiful girl, but she just didn't see it.

"Do you think he will like it?" she asked nervously.

"Of course he will! His eyes will pop out of his head when he looks at you" I said making her giggle. After a few more minutes of general chatting the doorbell rang. I hugged her and wished her good luck as I ran out of the back door. I walked up the street and Ryan had parked just where I asked him to. I got in and we both silently watched Brent talk to Sophie's mum and dad. He was wearing a blue shirt that matched his hard and a black pair of jeans. His face was a little bit red and he was holding a rose for Sophie. "Do you want to come back to mine?" I asked Ryan.

"Sounds like a brilliant idea" he replied.

We ended up spending our Friday night curled up in my bed watching superhero movies on my laptop and eating as much food as our bodies would let us. It was absolutely perfect.
