I looked at the baby girl sleeping on the couch, she was a spitting image of her father. She had jet black hair and the most crystal blue eyes you could ever see. She was a beatuy, she was amazing! To think she is only 3 years old, she could brighten you day just like her dad. To bad, her dad left when I was 3 months pregnant, to go run off with his band who made it big and he never looked back, not even once, sure he calls every so often, but not much. He doesn't even know about Ava. She has to go by my last nam, because he could never find out about her. Ava Saylee Sullivan. or atleast I say Ava Saylee Haner. Yep .. I'm kinda Brian's sister.. bit he's the only one who knows about Ava luckily, he keeps it a secret for my sake. I looked at the little girl and picked her up, "come on baby, I'm going to put you in bed." I walked her up to her princess themed room and layed her down. I heard a knock at the door. Kimmy and Brian stood there. "Hey guys" I smiled. "Jordan.. Jimmy's in trouble " Brian chocked out. "How?" "He got I..into a fight and he broke three ribs, a broke nose and a black eye. . He wants to see you.." "m..me?" They nodded "what about Ava?" I asked. "Its now or never Jordan. Just tell him, he loves kids." Kimmy said, I nodded. "Okay.." I went up to Ava's room. "Baby, wake up. We're gonna go.see you're daddy." She jumped up and ran downstairs. "Uncle Bri! Auntie Kimmy!" She hugged them. "We going to see daddy?" Kimmy nodded. "But I though he was on a secret mission? " she held up her hands . "He's not anymore, cone on lets go." She smiled and we got into our cars. "Now Ava, daddy's hurt so you can't hurt him and don't yell at him till I show him you okay?" She nods, putting her finger in her mouth . "Mommy, what I..if he doesn't like me?" She asked, "he will baby" I gave her a reassuring smile and followed after Brian and Kimmy .
~(10 Minutes Later)~
We pulled into the hospital parking lot, I meet up with Brian and Kimmy. We walked into the hospital and we walked up to the Front Desk. "How may I help you?" She asked, giving a fake smile. "Were checking in to see James Sullivan ." Brian said. "Level 2 Room 213" we nodded and headed to the elevators . Brian must of clicked the buttons a hundred times to get it to go faster. We got up to the second floor and Brian nearly ran trying to find the room. We got there and I took a deep breath. "Jordan?" Jimmy's voice cracked, "Jimmy." I didn't realize tears were coming down my cheeks. He opened his arms for a hug, I put Ava down, "go with Kimmy " she nodded and smiled. I slowly, and carefully hugged him back. He whispered "I've missed you so much." I smiled. "Me too" I pulled back ownly to see a imagine of Ava. "Who's the little gorgeous girl?" He asked, looking at Ava. She smiled and hid behind Brian's legs. "Ava Saylee Sullivan" Ava smiled. "DADDY!" she jumped onto his bed. "Be careful" I said, she wrapped her arms around his tattled neck. "W..what?" "You left when I was 3 months pregnant " . I looked at him, "why didn't you tell me?" He asked "Because I knew you were gonna leave, I didn't wanna keep you back" he wrapped his arms around Ava and she buried her head in his neck . "Daddy! You were always on your secret mission so I couldn't see you." She kissed his cheek. "I love you daddy." "I love you to baby." He kissed her head. "When do you get out?" I asked, looking at him. "Tomorrow afternoon " I nodded. "Do you mind staying over night?" I shook my head. "I'm gonna go get some pajamas for us. Do you mind letting her stay here?" He shook his head and I walked out. So many possibility where going through my head, would she be safe? What if she had a asthma attack and they don't know what to.do? Will me and Jimmy get back together? Would he just up and leave again? I looked down at the steering will and grabbed it, making my knuckles turn white. I drove home, changed and got Ava's bear and Princess Pajamas. I walked out, almost forgetting her inhaler . I grabbed it and walked back out.
- (10 Minutes Later) ~
- I walked into Jimmy's room and seen Ava fast asleep cuddles up on his side. "Hey." He looked up and smiled. "Hey, you don't mind that she fell asleep do you?" I shook my head and sat down, He noticed the inhaler. "What's that for?" He asked.
- "Ava has asthma " he stopped. "Oh..okay." I nodded. "Now you've made me paranoid tonight!" He chuckled. "Jordan? " I looked up, meeting those crystal blue eyes I loved. "Yeah?" "I'm sorry , I'm sorry for leaving you and Ava, for just worrying about the band and not you. I'm so sorry." He whispered. "Don't be, you've made it big, you did what your heart desire. It's okay. " I face a sympathetic smile. "I'm just glad you let her come." I nodded. "Jimmy, she loves you. Even though you weren't there, she's seen pictures of you. She's just lime you Jimmy in every way possible! " he smiled and looked down at Ava. "You should move in with me." I looked at him. "Move in with me." "But, I can't." "Why?" I shrugged. "I have enough room for us, Ava can have her own room and y..you can have your own room. " I nodded. "Okay,' "well get some sleep, we have a big day tomorrow " I hugged him and sat down.
