Chapter 11

I thought my life would end right then and there. I saw Casses eyes have a red ring around them. I thought I was dead. I heard Dean and Sam yelling my name. I tried to move away from Cas, but nothing worked. I was two weak I wasn't healing. I looked at Dean then to Cas.

"Dean?" I said with the last bit of energy I had left.

I started to close my eyes, about to let the dark take me when I felt someone holding me.

"Cait? Can you hear me? Your going to be fine. You're going to live. I'll make sure of it." When the voice stopped talking I knew who it was. It was Dean, Sam was on his phone talking to someone. I felt the warmth of Dean and soon passed out.

    When I woke up again I was in the ER. I was Dean sitting in the chair across from me.

"Dean?" I said softly

Dean jumped and looked right at me. "Cait!?"

"Yeah, that's my name." I said with a smile.

"The doctor said it would be days till you woke up not hours. How are you awake?"

"Dean, did your forget that I'm an angle as well?"

"Cait, you about died last night. I can't stop and think why you didn't heal. Maybe Castiel took some of your powers?"

"Dean what are you saying?"

I saw Dean look at the window. "Cait, I don't think Castiel is himself. Something's wrong I just know it."

"Dean I have to help him." As I tried to get out of my bed.

"Cait sit your ass down. Your going to hurt yourself." Dean said as he pushed me back down.

"You need to stay put. I will deal with this."

I looked at Dean “Fine, as long as I get cheeseburgers.” I looked at Dean with a smile on my face.

“Fine Cait, I’ll bring back some cheeseburgers. Now stay your ass down in bed.”

I looked at Dean while he walked out of my ER room. I had always thought of Dean as a brother. I really never knew why though, maybe it was all the time we spent together? I wanted to talk to my dad or Castiel, I wanted someone to love; like my sister and Dean. Why can’t I have someone like that? I thought about that for a while about my life before Castiel did what he did.

*ONE YEAR AGO*

I stood there while Dean and Castiel bickered. I thought it was always funny to see them like that. For the longest time I thought Dean and Castiel were a thing. (No, I don’t ship them. You can!)  I would always chuckle when they would get into it. Sam and I were on our laptops when Dean started yelling.

“Damn it Cas, go and tell her!”

I could hear Cas, “Dean, lower your voice. I don’t want her to hear.”

I turned a light pink, Castiel liked me? How could he, I wasn't pretty.

“Cas, just go and tell her, she might have the same feelings as you. You never know till you tell her.”

“Fine Dean. I’ll go and tell her.” Cas looked at me when he walked towards me.

“Hey Cait.” Cas looked at me than he looked at Dean “See Dean I’m talking to her.”

I had a little bit of red show on my cheeks. “Cas, do you have something to tell me?”

Cas looked at the ground then back at me. “Cait, can we go somewhere?”  

I looked at Sam “Do you mind? I know I was helping you with finding a case.”

“Cait, go on. Your eyes are going to glow a blue light if you stay here any longer.

I ran and hugged Sam, “THANK YOU!!”

“Your welcome Cait, now go and have some fun.”

Cas smiled and walked out.

“Cait, be careful.” Sam said as I walked out the room.

I walked towards Cas, when he pulled me aside.

“Cait, I have to tell you something… I need to tell you.”

I looked at Cas and then my counter of my mouth turned up.

“Cait, I love you.” I turned a bright shade of pink.

“I love you too Cas.” Castiel's’ smiled

“I never thought I would find love Cait.”

End of memory

As I started to fall asleep, I heard a voice.

“Cait, Stay away from me. I don’t know what's happening to me. I don’t want to hurt you.”

I sat straight up in my bed. The heart monitor going crazy and Dean jumping out of his seat.

“Cait, what’s wrong? It’s okay I’m here.” Dean said as I put my head into his chest.

All I did was cry into his chest till; I cried  myself to sleep.

Why would Cas want me to stay away from him?
