Butterflies

the diagnosis

Cooper walked in the house and saw Dean passed out on the floor pale as a ghost. He dropped to Dean's side and shook him trying to wake him up and with in a few moments it worked.
"Dean,baby what happened?"
Cooper questioned
"I got dizzy and I guess I passed out but I'm fine"
Cooper helped him up and tried to get him to go see a doctor but Dean insisted that he was fine. The next day Cooper was doing the dishes and heard the bathroom door slam closed. He shut the foset off and slowly and quietly opened the door just a tad and saw Dean take medicine to help with the dizziness. Cooper ran back into the kitchen and Dean got ready for work.
"Babe you don't have to go to work today you can take a free day your sick."
Dean looked up at him and smiled.
"I'm fine I promise"
They kissed each other and Dean left for work.
A few hours later he got a call from Dean's boss saying that Dean was in the hospital and that it wasn't looking good.
The next few hours were Hart breaking for Cooper to watch. He had never seen Dean so weak before. And then they got the diagnosis.
"Mr. Hartmen may I speak to you for a moment?"
Asked the doctor and he and Cooper stepped into the hall.
"It's not looking good his body is shutting down... I give him a month at the most."
Cooper didn't say anything else he just walked into Dean's room and saw that he was awake.
"Dean I've got to tell you something."
Dean looked up at him and smiled one of his magic smiles.
"I'm dieing"
Hearing that come from Dean made Cooper cry.
"Hey Babe what's wrong"
Dean held his hand out to Cooper and he took it still crying.
"Your dieing and your going to spend the rest of your life trapped in this place and.."
Dean cut him off.
"I'm not spending the rest of my life in here I'm gonna go get my clothes on and we're gonna leave this dumbass hospital and we're gonna take a road trip a month long road trip and have ourselves some fun and raise some hell"
So they did just that exept they had to be careful because Dean couldn't take his oxygen tank a few places so there options were limited.
The first place they went was the country side. Although the cabin the stayed at was beautiful it was the drive that Dean loved. But Dean's reaction was not at all what Cooper expected
