Calum's P.O.V:
"What if he never wakes up?!" I hear a concerned voice whisper, I think it was Luke.
"He's gonna wake up Lukey" I hear Ashton's reassuring tone.
"Who's not gonna wake up" I said, smiling brightly as Luke's face lit up in happiness. I went to sit up but winced as I felt a sharp pain shoot down my spine, causing me to lay back down instantly. I looked at my left shoulder to see a white bandage wrapped around it.
"It took a little while but luckily the bullet didn't go too deep into your shoulder so while you were still passed out I took it out, cleaned it, and wrapped it since I figured it would be less painful for you" Ash said, smiling sorrowfully at me.
"Thanks Ash" I said, smiling at him thankfully.
"Of course! But I honestly think we should take you to the hospital just in case" he added on and I frowned.
"Maybe later in but right now we need to focus on finding Kat" I said and all of their eyes widened.
"We have no clue where she could be huh" Ash said and I nodded sorrowfully.
"I checked the girls locker room but there was a girl that was hurt so I brought her out. There was no sign of her anywhere but sadly it's not like she would make a noise to warn anyone" I said and they all nodded.
"I think we should check the front desk. If you ask for a specific name they can tell us if the person is in here as long as we have our ID's and everyone that was in the school that they found have been sent here" Michael said and we all nodded.
"Then let's go" I said and before they could protest to me getting up I carefully sat up, swinging my legs over the edge of the bed and stood up.
"I'll be fine guys, it doesn't even hurt that much if I don't move my arm" I said and they all nodded hesitantly, knowing we were either all going, or I was going alone.
We walked to the elevator, the ride being silent the whole way down. We walked up to the front desk and the receptionist smiled at us. There were many parents, teachers, and cops swarming the lobby but we ignored them all.
"Hello how may I help you?" The lady asked, seemingly as unfazed by the commotion as we were.
"We were wondering if a girl named Katrina Crawford was checked in here" Ash said, his voice low and intimidating.
"ID's please-" she said, squeaking in surprise as we all placed our ID's on the desk at the same time. She quickly gathered them up, looking through to make sure they were from the school and matching our faces before typing away at her keyboard.
"I'm sorry, there is nobody with that name that has been checked in. Do you need anything else?" She said politely, looking up at us.
"And was there an Anna Day checked in?" I asked, feeling the need to make sure she's okay.
"Uhmm yes actually she is in room 457. No severe injuries, just very jumpy. Her family is taking care of her right now" she said and I nodded, giving her my best fake smile.
"Thank you" I said and she nodded. We walked off after taking our ID's.
"I'm guessing Anna I'd the girl you saved?" Luke asked and I nodded.
