Rida's sisters looked at us with worry. Their ice blue eyes sparkled like Taras' used to. They had the typical dark hair and medium skin of Moon Child.
"What are you?" Liam asked. Belaam looked at us with confusion. She was remarkably thin with a wiry stature. She had delicate hands with a bony wrist.
"We are of the elves." Her accent even stronger than her brothers."I am pleasured to have you stay here. But, you must stay hidden. We will take care of you here."
"I on the other hand," The older woman was like her daughters. She had a small chest and was very thin. "Have no comfort with housing you here,"
"Who are you?" Firrelol asked. The woman crossed her arms and pursed her lips.
"Kadina Inook is my name. And, these are my children Belaam, Cora, Rida, and Fortim. I do not want to put them in danger by letting you stay here."
We all looked to Rida, "What do we do now?" Niall asked.
"Well," Zayn said, "Rida brought us here, he should have to bring us home,"
Louis nodded, "And, I don't like it here. I got dirt in my shoe and I think I need to go to the bathroom,"
I heard rumbling and the ground begun to quiver. "Rida!" Kadina said, "They are here!" Horse hooves pounded the ground like you would beat dough. "Cora! Hide them in the cellar, now!" She brought us outside and lifted a small door covered with sandy soil. She brushed it off with her hand and pulled a rope latch.
"Get in!" We looked down. There was a ladder going down a couple meters. "Go!" Cora yelled. We each steped down into the small hole. Zayn, Firrelol, and I went first. The ladder let us down to a small room that was damp and smelled of mold. There was a concrete floor with rotting shelves along the sides. The cellar was easily the same size as the house. It seemed to hold everything they owned.
There was even a small pit for fire and a small copper pipe that had been welded to create a small chiminey. Below it there was a pit in the concrete and was filled with sand. Up against it was a pile of petite logs and sticks to create a fire. This must be where they cooked.
"Hey guys, look over here," Firrelol said. There was a small doorway that was covered with dirt and age. "Look what it says on the door,"
"Absconde ibi," Adela said, "Hide here."
"You know latin?" Liam said.
"I've picked it up." She said, smiling.
Liam stepped foward. He made a clicking sound with his mouth like a dissapionted schoolmarm. He grazed his hands over the door and found a small hole in the middle of the door.
The door clicked open like a safe.
