Excitement filled the air, looking around me all I could see were boxes after boxes! Left,right and centre. After so many months of planning this day, I couldn't believe the day was finally here. Obviously before we could go anyway we had our last meal in the house, I mean I guess you can call it a meal... I had tomato soup (obviously) and I must have been training Brooklyn well as he had tomato soup with bread smothered in mayo.
We were shoving the last boxes into the van and then it hit me... I've been living in this place for 3 years so many memories and stories I've created and shared that I would never be able to forget.
Suddenly, I felt a warm hand placed gently on my shoulder. "Rye buddy, are you alright you seem really quite which is unusual for you," Jack said chuckling to himself. "Yeah, I'm fine thanks just feeling a bit nostalgic," I then started to pack away the last few boxes.
~ 1 hour later ~
"Well, that's it the last of the boxes," Mikey said walking to the van jam packed with boxes. I myself walked with him , with the rest of the boys following slowly behind us. We were feeling all the feels.
~ 3 long hours later ~
Finally, after what felt like forever we arrived at the new house. We were all excited and couldn't wait to share the new house with our Roadies and of course start creating new memories. The part I was most excited for was deciding who I was going to be sharing a room with, I couldn't wait.
Personally, I really wanted to share a room with Harvey but I think Jack wanted to as well! Me and Harvey have been getting really close lately and I'm really glad I feel I have a true friend at last! Don't get me wrong I love all my band members to the moon, back and beyond but they are more work partners not friends,
"Yo, Rye" a recognising voice called from behind me...
