Georgia POV
Alex ends up falling asleep on me on the ride back home. My arms wrap around him and he rest his head on me.

His hair is still soaking wet.

It was really hated seeing him like this tonight.

I don't his vulnerable side too often, so when I see him get upset, I get upset too.

The ride back seems really long and drawn out.

Anne doesn't say anything. She just stares out the window the whole ride back.

The rain is still pouring down pretty hard when we get back at to the house.

His eyes slightly open as I adjust myself to get out of the seat.

I help him out of the car and his eyes try and fight sleep on the way up the stairs.

"I'm going to go take a shower, I'll be back in a few minutes." I say to him.

"Okay." He says in a low tone still trying to fight sleep.

I decided to use the one downstairs instead of the one in the room. I needed to get some of my stuff from downstairs anyways.

When I come back to the room, I don't see him but I hear the shower running and a light coming from the bathroom.

I guess he decided to take a one too.

His eyes are red when he comes out of the shower.

He must have been crying while he was in there.

I hate seeing him like this.

I get into bed with him and wrap my arms around him, making sure to keep him close to me.

I can feel his tears rolling onto me.

He's probably going to cry himself to sleep tonight.

Even though it's breaking my heart seeing him like this, I'm glad he's not trying to just hold it all in.

I'm also glad that he's taking comfort in me rather than trying to push me away.

When things get rough, a lot of the time he likes to just shove everyone away.

I think sleep is going to be medicinal to them tonight.

They need some time to just forget about everything.

By the time we wake up the rain has cooled down and it just looks really grey outside.

I decided to get up a little earlier and make myself some tea.

I made Alex some too.

I hope Anne doesn't mind. I hope she's doing alright. I'll give her some time to get some more sleep in and then I'll try and check in on her.

I take the tea back upstairs with me and set Alex's up on the nightstand.

I climb back into bed with Alex and his eyes come back open.
