Chapter 4

Ryder's POV

It's been a week already since I last talked or held Bella, and it feels weird.

Now I'm here in the cafeteria, eating with my girlfriend and her friends.

I look at Bella's table, sure I'm not talking to her but I still care for her, I'm the boy who is watching from afar.

For the past week, Bella doesn't eat as much as she used too, she's getting thinner everyday, and her skin is a tad bit yellow.

"Ryde?"

I look at Casandra, "Yes?"

"I asked you if you want to come with me and the girls later at the mall," she said.

I shook my head, "No thanks," I said.

She nod, "Okay."

How come she's so understanding?

Today our math teacher will give us our grades, in this class, I share it with Bella, Blake and Jason.

The teacher handed us our grades, mines a B+.

I look at Bella's paper, F.

If you have a bad grade in your test, the teacher will call you and the rest of the class has free time, but, how come she isn't called.

I raised my hand, "Is there any problem Mr. Dawson?" The teacher said.

I stood up and walked towards his desk, "Yes sir, uhm, how come you didn't call Bella for a private conversation on how she can pass the test?" I asked.

The teacher just smiled at me, "I'm sorry Mr. Dawson, but I'm not allowed to tell you. If you want to know, why don't you ask Bella?"

I shook my head, "Never mind," I said.

Blake's POV

"Hey Ella?" I said.

She look at me.

"How come the teacher didn't call you to have a private conversation?"

She shrug, "I don't know," she said.

Then Ryder raised his hand, "Is there any problem Mr. Dawson?" The teacher asked.

Ryder then stood up and walked towards the teachers desk.

"Ella," I said.

She looked at me, again.

"What did the doctors say? Because last week, you didn't tell us." I said.

"Oh, the doctor said I'm fine, I was just dehydrated." She said.

I nod.

Casandra's POV

Bella have been closer to mom and dad, she also doesn't stay in the house that long, because she has to hang out with her friends.

I went in moms room.

"What do you want Casandra?" Mom asked.

"I was just going to ask what's the problem with Bella, for the past week, you and dad have been spending more time with her than me, then you will let her go and have a sleep over at her friends house, but I'm not allowed." I said.

Mom sigh, "If you want to know what's going on with your sister, ask her yourself."

"But mom," I said.
