After the Second Wizarding War, the Beaumont family has done everything in order to restore their name and status. Maxwell Beaumont, married to  Ilyria Beaumont (neé Lefevre), a man dedicated to his family, but most of all dedicated to his job as head of the International Magical Office of Law within the Ministry of Magic. Ilyria Beaumont, however, had an entirely different job. That didn't mean that she was less known throughout the Wizarding World. The woman was a valued actress in the Wizarding theatre world and was adored by many, including Maxwell Beaumont.

Their demanding jobs did not let the two from creating a Beaumont heir: their only child Stella Beaumont. Stella's ancestors had always worked hard to make the Beaumont name great, so Stella was expected to maintain that great name, maybe make it even greater. She got an education that resembled a princess'. Learning all about decorum and all of the other elite Pureblood families. But also about magic. Stella had shown magic at truly a very young age, but she was also learned to suppress it so that she wouldn't cause any chaos. Because everyone had to think that Stella was the perfect girl and part of the perfect family. Useful spells had been taught to her by her maid and nanny, Lucy. Episkey for whenever she had hurt herself and needed to heal quickly, Tergeo for whenever she spilled something but still needed to appear flawless. Because that was what she needed to be: flawless at all times. Stella was fine with it all, she didn't know any better. So when arriving at Hogwarts at the age of eleven, it was almost a whole different world. Leaving the big Beaumont Mansion behind didn't let her parents from keeping an eye on their daughter and making sure she still behaved like the perfect girl she was expected to be.
