I couldn't really concentrate in that class today. I don’t know why but I felt like I had to be somewhere else , Weird I know but I couldn't think of a reason why I was like that. Maybe I should go home... maybe it would be best... I have a feeling I won’t be able to concentrate and I have a bad head-ace.
When I got home no-one was there which was great, I didn’t want to explain why I was home. My room was clean and there was a note on my bed it said, ' Hey Honey, I'll be Home Late, Dinner Is Already Made Just Re-heat It, LOVE YOU’. Well that’s great, yet another re-heated meal. I’m just going to go to bed maybe I'll feel better in the morning.
When I woke up it was already seven, and I still had to finish an assignment for in the morning, I have most of it done so hopefully I'll be able to have it done before nine. I man’s hungry so imp just going to get right to it.
OUCH!!!! ....MY HEAD I CANT ...I CANT.
What happened...I must have fainted? Suddenly I heard someone at the door. 'Who, Who is it'. 'I’m you're new neighbour, my name is Jake. I heard a bang are you alright'. ‘Oh, my name is Lucy, I'm fine I just got a bit dizzy'. 'Did you faint? I’m coming in you could have a concussion'. Just then my new neighbour walked in and knelt beside me. What I didn’t notice until he came in my vision was blurry and my head was bleeding. 'Oh my, you’re going to have to go to the hospital and get that cheeked out, I’m going to help you up okay? , come on here we go'....
I can’t remember anything else till I woke up in the hospital, Jake was beside me with his hand on my arm looking at the door as if he was waiting for someone. ‘Jake? Where am I?' ‘Lucy, you're awake. You're in the hospital, you really hurt you're head when you fainted... When I got you off o/ff the floor and into the car you seemed to dose off, can you not remember anything after that?' I was in shock, I didn’t think that I had hurt myself that much, and didn’t think that Jake, a person I don’t know would have stayed around.’ Thank you for staying with me. Most people would have just walked away. By any chance do you know were my mum is, or if anyone has contacted her yet?’ Jake just seemed to smile at me and said ' You just suffered with a concussion and the first person you worry about is you mum. Ha-ha, well, that shows what kind of person you are. Doesn’t worry your mama is talking to the doctor know. And for you, too will also be fine, you suffered a bad fall and lost some blood but they say you will be out by tonight, as you did sleep for two days'. He came back each day? Why? Was he worried about ME? I’m so confused at the moment... When all of a sudden Jake put his hand on mine and in a worried voice said, ' Are you ok! You have gone abet white... Do you want me to get the nurse?' As he was about to call for the nurse I grabbed his hand and said, ' No it’s not that, it’s that... I’m SHOCKED, you say I have been unconscious for two days but yet you're here, you say that you got worried about me and was so observant that you knew that I wasn’t looking well and'. In the middle of what I was saying I noticed that he was laughing. 'What are you laughing at?' While still laughing softly he said 'I’m laughing at you, You don’t seem to realise that you scared me when I found you like that, and that I stayed around to make sure you were ok, even though I don’t know you.. Rest ill continue this later you should rest.' He put his hand back on mine and looked back out the door; I seemed to drift to sleep with the feel of his touch even though I didn’t understand it still made me feel safe.
