It's a dreary, rainy day in New York.
In Times Square, people bustle about on their way to work, bumping into each other but no apologies being given nor received.
It's hard to make out anyone in the crowd. . .except for one.
A young hooded figure walks with the rest of the crowd. No one even glances at her even though she should stick out like a sore thumb.
She pulls the hood up farther over her face to block out the rain.
She spots a newspaper stand, common in New York, and notices a familiar face on the front page.
She briskly makes her way over and reaches up to grab it, the man behind the desk giving her a look.
"You bend it you buy it," he says gruffly.
Staring at her from the front page is her brother.
No, it's not her brother. There are a few discrepancies in the face.
But he had set off a bomb.
The paper blames the Winter Soldier.
But her brother had been with her all day.
He's been framed.
She needs to clear his name before the police try to take him.
And she knows exactly who to call.
