"ok class, today you'll be choosing your partner for the presentation i mentioned yesterday." said aizawa, "the presentation is due next week so don't slack off."

he continued to crawl inside his yellow cocoon and slept on the floor.

you saw that people were already picking their partners, you didn't really care who you partnered up with. all you wanted was to get the assignment done on time.

"hey, l/n" the red and white haired male chimed in, "would you like to be partners with me?"

"oh, sure. i don't mind." you replied.

- the next morning

you and todoroki decided to meet at his house. to pass time you decided to write to your soulmate.

'good morning!' you wrote.

no response.

"eh, might as well get ready  go to todoroki's house." you told yourself.

knock knock.

the door opened slowly to reveal a girl with white hair and red streaks. "ah, you must be the girl shouto mentioned" she said. "oh, im his sister! welcome."

the inside of the todoroki household was very warm compared to the chilly weather outside.

"um, sorry. where is todorok?" you asked.

"oh, he's in his room. go upstairs and take a left." The white haired girl explained.

"ah, thank you." you said.

you went upstairs to his room and found him looking over his notes.

"hey, todoroki!" you cheerfully greeted

"oh, hi." he greeted back. "have you though of what hero we're presenting?"

"ah, i was thinking of doing ragdoll from the pussycats!" you replied. "i think she's pretty interesting... "

"well, i thought about doing
the hero gunhead. i saw his name on the internship list." todoroki recommended. "but, i think your idea is better than mine..."

"ok! let's get to work!" You declared.

after a few hours of researching and working, you looked over todoroki's shoulder and saw something written on his arm.

"a-ah. that's from my soulmate, don't worry about that... " he stuttered.

"he tensed up a bit, maybe he doesn't like to talk about it?" you said to yourself.

"oh, what does it say?... " you asked. "just good morning, nothing special." he replied.

you swiftly took out a pen and wrote on your cheek: i love you.

"what are you doing l/n?" todoroki questioned.

he looked at you, then he saw the same words appear on himself.

it was a miracle. you two were soulmates.
