You won't understand.
You just simply won't get it, and it's gonna suck because you'll have no idea what you did that made them no longer want you. You're gonna stay up at night and constantly wonder what it was that you did wrong. You'll think about it for days, weeks, months, probably even longer but you will never figure out where you went wrong.
And right here, is the answer to why you will never figure it out. Why you will never put your finger on it.
The answer to what you've been thinking about so hard. To what you've lost so many nights to. So many tears to,
is so simple.
You did nothing wrong.
You did absolutely nothing incorrectly. You loved. You let someone in. You believed. That is not wrong.
You allowed someone to see inside you.
You are not immature or naive.
You opened your soul to another person. Trusted them with more than just your heart, and it is their fault that they were unable to hold it gently in their palms. It is their fault that your soul, your being was far too bright. It is their fault.
You are far too great for darkness. Your light, your heart, your soul, your being, deserves far better.
You are extraordinary.
