(A/N I'm updating this one twice because why not, and I've been up since 3:30am writing, so I wanted to get this done. : )
And, I'm not tired at all.
Have a good read, and I'll see you in the next chapter.

*** MatPat's POV ***
'He doesn't trust me,' I thought to myself.
I could tell he didn't trust me. I saw it in his eyes. But why would he? I don't even trust myself anymore. Not since the incident.
I sighed quietly, and followed Mark towards a hallway lit with blueish lights.
"We're going to Felix first." Mark said suddenly.
"Oh. Alright. Where's Jack?" I asked.
"He's... somewhere." Mark replied.
He didn't want to give me much information. I heard a noise, and moved as fast as my body would allow. But, to my dismay, I only caught a glimpse of a person with green hair.
"Um... Mark? I think Jack's following us."
Mark smiled, as if he expected it.
"Yup."
Mark turned around, looking for Jack. I stepped out of the way, and Mark hid behind a corner. When Jack peeked his head out again, Mark jumped out, scaring Jack.
"Ahh!"
Jack was a few feet away from where he had been standing. I burst out laughing, trying not to break a wire.
Jack made a weird noise that might've been clearing his throat, but it was more metallic. I had stopped laughing, but I failed to not break a wire. I swore under my breath, but they heard me.
Jack frowned. "What's wrong?"
I sighed. "Nothing that you could fix."
Mark looked me up and down, and saw my broken wire. He simply nodded, and pointed towards the end of the hallway.
"I can fix it later. I know how."
Mark looked at me, then Jack.
"Jack, we were going to visit Felix. Want to come?"
Jack cheered, and ran forward, his steps light and agile.
Mark looked at me, and said,
"I will tell you about how we became like this. I can tell that you were one of the firsts. We're not so different. But we aren't entirely alike, either."
I looked at him, shocked that he would tell me about his death.
"Now, we'd better go follow Jack."
I smiled slightly, and walked after Mark.
* * *
We made our way to a large room filled with tables and balloons. My smile faltered. It brought back memories. It looked like the diner, just bigger.
I didn't notice the blue animatronic on the stage to my left.
As I took a step forward, I was pushed, and landed hard on my back.
"Who are you?" a voice bristled.
"Felix! Calm down! It's MatPat!" Mark shouted.
Felix looked at me in surprise. Jack helped me up, and I groaned.
"Hello Felix." I said.
"Sorry about that bro." He frowned. "Wait. When did he get here?"
Mark began to explain everything, and I took the time to look around. There was a significant amount of color in this room, I knew that.
Turning back to them, they looked at me.
"What?" I asked.
Felix began muttering quietly, regret in his voice.
"How... how long have you been like that?" he stuttered.
I looked at him, confused, then I realized.
"Oh... I don't know. It's been a while since I've seen the date."
Felix looked at me a bit longer.
"I can't believe it."
I sighed. They suffered this fate later than I did. By a few months, at best.
"How long have you been like that?"
I pointed to Felix.
"Around 7 months."
Mark and Jack nodded.
"What happened to us? Why were we killed?" I questioned.
"You were a theorist. You tell us." Felix said bitterly.
I flinched. That stung. This was something that I couldn't theorize. I didn't want to know the mind of someone who would do this.
"Felix. He doesn't know. Don't be hard on him. He's had to deal with this longer, and look at him."
Mark gestured to my animatronic body.
"We need to fix him." Jack said suddenly.
Mark nodded.
"Why?" was all Felix asked.
"The people are going to use him for parts.
Felix's posture changed when he heard that. I realized that he had been in his stage pose the whole time.
"Okay, I'll help. Not going to let someone deactivate someone who should be alive."
I looked at them gratefully.
"Mark, I'll go to the parts room. The security guard doesn't do his job well at all, so I can get in there easily." Jack ran down the hall.
"While Jack does that, Felix, you help me see what I need to fix before we shine him up."
"What do you mean, 'shine me up'?" I said.
Mark looked at me.
"We're fixing you so you can perform and they won't tear you apart."
"Oh."
In reality, I feared being torn apart, but since the incident, I didn't want to perform, either. I wanted to tell them about what happened, why my diner was closed, but I couldn't. Why was this so hard? Why did someone kill us? How many more of us are out there?
