Chapter 3 💟💟💟

Zarah's POV

I continued dancing after yaya Suleiman left, we took pictures with the couples, I was dancing when again when yaya nura said its time to go home, wallah yaya nura is an enjoyment killer. When we reached home it was already 8:30, I prayed magrib and isha,after praying I called my 5 besties:Ummul, Yusrah, fiddausi, Hauwa and asma'u through conference call, we talked about everything and left nothing, we finished talking when its almost 11.after we finished talking I on my data messages from WhatsApp, Instagram where popping in, I checked my WhatsApp first replied some message I didn't even care to open Instagram cause I am very sleepy. Kept my phone and retired to bed.

"Wake up sleepy head its time for subh" Aisha said trying to wake me up

" okay" I woke up and lazily dragged my body to the bathroom I brushed my teeth and perform Wudu, I came out and prayed subh and recited my favorite surah in the qur'an(suratul khaf), I finished and went to bed again I woke up at exactly 8:00.yeeeeeh alhamdulliah today is ya hafiza's daurin aure I am very excited, I went to the bathroom and took my bath when I came out I saw Aisha still sleeping, I woke her up and told her to get ready she hurriedly went to the bathroom, I wore my anco and did a very simple makeup, i went downstairs and saw mama and aunty in the kitchen I greeted them and they both answered saying a kwana a hantse se kyakkyawa(I don't know the meaning fa) I just laughed and went straight to the dining table, I fetched chips with ketchup only cause I don't like eating too much food during breakfast, I finished eating and went to watch Moana,

I will never get tired of watching it, when i finish watching, thank God Aisha is ready so we went and told mama and aunty that we are going, they said ok they will before the daurin aure too. Malam Ya'u took us to the bride's house. The house is full already, we went straight to ya hafiza's room,thank god there are no too many people, I hate too much people wallah, my eyes landed on the bride oh my Allah she is looks gorgeous, we snapped some pictures, we were talking when her phone started ringing, we saw the caller ID it was Ahmad (her groom), we asked her to put it in loudspeaker and she did,

Ahmad:assalamu alaikum beautiful
Hafiza: wa'alaikumussalam handsome
Ahmad :toh alhamdulliah you are now officially Mrs Ahmad Aliyu
Hafiza: alhamdulliah
Ahmad :let me not fill you with noise I am coming over now
Hafiza : I can't wait to see you
Ahmad :me too habibtee
Hafiza :ok byeee
Ahmad : byeeeeee

Immediately she hunged the call she started crying.

"Eyyah ya Hafiza don't cry u suppose to be happy fa"We consoled her,

she stopped crying and started dancing. Yaya Hafiza can be a drama queen sometimes fa. the makeup artist retouched her face. Ahmad called her and said he is downstairs, we all escorted her they took some pictures we took some too it was already 4:00 when the mothers started getting ready for the conveyance. 3 of her cousins, 5 of her friends and 5 mothers too were chosen. At exactly 6, the groom's friends are already around. Ya Hafiza was taking to her dad for advice. her mother adviced her also then her aunties. But ya Hafiza didn't shed a tear, I was waiting for them outside when I saw

ya nura and ya Suleiman together, I went and greeted both of them they both answered we were talking when ya nura's phone started ringing, he excused himself and left us after some minutes of silence I decided to break the silence by saying

Me:when are you going back to school?
Ya Suleiman :Tuesday inshaAllah
Me: ohk
Ya Suleiman : so when are you going to start exams?
Me:wallah I don't know fa
Ya Suleiman :ok, the bride is here
Me: okay byeee see you before you go
Ya Suleiman: yea inshaAllah, uhmmm give me your number

I gave him and left, we went to the bride's house we slept at her house. We didn't even sleep we just danced and sing many songs like perfect by ed sheeran, wait for me by John drille, despacito by Louis fonsi and Justin bieber and many more we went and prayed subh then that was the time we slept. I woke up around 12 noon.

I went to the bathroom and bath then brushed my teeth came out and wore my abaya for the walimah, I did a very light make up and headed downstairs. Yea ya hafiza's have five bedrooms, one kitchen, a dining room, three parlors, one study room, a store and a very romantic garden. I went to the dining room and saw them already eating I greeted them and serve myself pancake with chocolate syrup I finished eating and headed to where the walimah is taking place, the woman preached to us most especially the bride after the long boring preaching we took some pictures. Like seriously you don't know how many pictures I snapped this wedding. We bade ya Hafiza and we went home I checked my phone and saw many missed calls, some are unknown numbers, I decided to call the unknown first and fortunately for me its yaya Suleiman's number he picked on the third ring, we talked before we say good bye and I kept my phone and slept.
