Chapter one:     Aspens P.O.V.                 (NOT EDITED)

            No, no, no, it cant be him, not him please, anyone else besides him. Okay, maybe not an old guy but i wouldn't mind someone from One Direction, but the hard part would be choosing the right one, maybe Harry or maybe-No! This is not the time to discuss this.I just need to find away to get rid of him somehow or at least 'find a place to hide until hes gone.

           Oh, I guess before I get into all this I should introduce myself. I am Aspen Zalena Crest. 17 years of age, and turning 18 in three days. As people would say, im pretty much normal looking. I have medium length brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin, and is 5 feet and seven inches. So, yeah pretty much normal.  im not very popular at school, but im not exactly a nerd and I don't really get noticed that much so that helps with bullies. I also have some friends that you will meet later,

          So I guess I should start from the beginning huh. OK, it all started about three days ago when I overheard my mom and dad talking in his office in hushed voices. We had just moved here so I thought it was about pack business and paperwork because my father is the new Beta.

That was until i heard my name mixed in the conversation.'I got to the point of hearing range and what I heard could not be unheard again.( no, not that you nast y pervs x)

   (Flashback)

         I was leaning on the door so I could hear what they were saying. I got something along the lines of "two mates" and "werewolf or vampire." I decided just to go in and ask them what they were talking about and why it involved me, but just my luck the stupid doorbell had to ring.(I despise that doorbell jk) I guess ill just have to ask them about it later.

    (Flashback over)  

          I guess I just forgot to ask them, but it doesn't really matter now.

          Anyway the day after that I went to school normally and forgot everything about the night before. Two days after the incident in the office, it was finally my birthday and I couldn't be any happier. That day was supposed to be the day that I would cherish for the rest of my life. Not only because I would shift but because I would get to meet my mate.

          For us werewolfs we get our wolves before we shift so we can talk to them but we cant shift. Hopefully that makes sense.Anyways that morning I got my wolve, went to school, did everything I'm suppose to do, but that changed when lunch came around.

         I got to the cafeteria and went to sit with my friends, but I forgot my lunch money in my locker. I went to go get it when this amazing smell came and my wolf kept saying one word that turned my calm live into one with alot of drama.

       My wolf , Annette, kept re[aeting one word over and over again "mate, mate, mate, go to mate"

        I followed the cinnamon and woodsy smell. I kept telling myself that this was it, this was going to be the one person that I would live the rest of my life with. I kept repeating that over and over again until I finally got to where the smell was coming from.

        Except when I got there I bet my heart shattered in two.Right there was Mr.alpha A.K.A.  Alastair Cormac. The number one player at our school. I don't even think he noticed me or even if he did probably didn't even care. He was too busy sucking the face of our schools biggest slut.

       I went up to him and just sttod there for a moment until he finally stoped and asked me what I needed ." do you need something i kinda busy here"

     "yes I actually do need something, I need you to know that we are mates"I said with the most evil look I could muster up.

     "no we aren't, I don't want a mate and never will so just f*** off and also I Alastair Blake Cormac reject you...whatever the f*** your name is as being my mate"

      "you know what you re the biggest d*** head this world has ever seen and I'm happy were not f***ing mates."

And right then and there is probably one of the iggest mistakes i have ever made in my life.

                  **SMACK!**

      I smacked Alastair so hard I felt like I was going to cry just because of how much my hand hurt. Alastair looked so mad that I thought I was going to die right there on that school floor.

     I ran so fast it felt like 80 when it was probably only like 10 miles perhour.

     That's where I am right now, running for my life with any angry alpha that's chasing me. I decided to just go into one of the empty classrooms because he was gaining on me really fast.

      I hid un derneath one of the desk when the door started to open...
