I'm out hanging with some friends. I have Lee, Jordan, and my two friends both named Matt. We're just 16 year old kids hanging out. Lee had just told us the most scary story so far. I think I can top it though. Only because this is a real story. And here I tell.
It all started, when 15 year old Kellin Quinn found a mirror...

Kellin's POV
I just moved into this new house. I hate everything. My mother left me when I was younger. But I remember one thing she said to me. She said "Son, seek this life and keep an open mind." And my father, sometimes I feel like he never gave a damn about me. Though he raised me like she should've did he understand me at all? I don't think so. Which leads me to who I am now. I always sense as if my mother's spirit was always watching over me. I don't know if she's dead anyways. Sometimes, my dad was never home. Well, not often anyways. I reach my new room and I see a mirror right in the center. It's a perfectly oval like shape and it looks either brand new or like it's never been used before. I look at it and me, being curious, I gently and slowly reached out and tried poking it but failed when my finger went through the glass. I got a little creeped out so I tried lifting it since it didn't look hard to lift. I found it really heavy, surprisingly, so I just tried to push it to a far corner. Something seemed off about the mirror so I decided to cover it up.

About three months later

Life is perfect right now. I found out my father moved us to leave the past behind so we could start fresh. We then became best friends. Well not best friends but like more a perfectly father-son relationship. I even told him I was gay. Right now, I'm getting ready for my two month anniversary with my amazing boyfriend Vic. We have no problems. I decided to have him over so he could meet my father. I was the most popular kid and Vic was the shy one but people thought we were cute together. Especially some girls. They always "awe"d us when they saw us, saying how adorable we were.
Anyways, all this talk about Vic makes me wonder where he is. As I finish that thought, I hear a knock on the door. My father welcomes him in and I go downstairs and we all have a nice dinner. My father offers to clean up so I take Vic up to my room. After a while, he asks me what was under the sheet in the corner.
"Hey Kels, what's under that sheet in the corner?"
I had forgotten all about the mirror.
"Oh uhh when we moved here, that mirror has been here. It freaks me out so I covered it up."
"Why does it freak you out?"
"I tried touching it but my finger went through the glass"
He dropped the subject and we were playing truth or dare while laying on my bed. I had my arms wrapped around him and I was stroking his perfect, shoulder length brown curls. It was my turn.
"Truth or dare?"
"Dare"
"Okay.. I dare you to step into the mirror at least for 10 seconds."
"Vic.. Do I have to?"
I guess I did because the next second, my arms were flung off him and he tried getting me off the bed.
"Yes"
We moved it closer to the room and I stepped inside it.
"Alright.. 10... 9.. 8...."
Something felt wrong.
"7...6..5...4..."
This feels wrong.
