Chapter 1

(It's Friday morning at school and Emma is with her friends)
Victor: so are we going to skip first and last period or what?
Tyler: sure why not
Amelia: I am in
Emma: yup oh look here come's gabby
(Gabby aka the school's mean girl and thinks she's popular)
Gabby: hey orphan girl what's with the outfit to poor to buy one
Emma: excuse me, one don't call me an orphan and two nothing is wrong with what I am wearing I just don't dress in revealing clothes and Wear fake hair extensions unlike someone
Gabby: really? Well at least I have a mom and dad unlike someone I bet your dad left because he was embarrassed to have you as a daughter!
Emma: you did not just go there you know what I am done with you pushing me around! (Tackles her to the floor and starts punching her)
Gabby: (screams and pulls her hair and punches her in the eye)
Victor: (grabs emma by the waist and tries to pull her away)
Emma: (doesn't budge but punches gabby in the nose)
(And then the principle walks in)
Principle: What is going on here emma get off of her!!
Emma: not yet!!
(Victor and Tyler grab her by the waist and gets emma off gabby)
Principle: gabby, emma to my office now!!
(Once inside the office)
Principle: you guys have been fighting all year and there's still two months left of school!
Gabby: she started it I just walked over to her and she tackled me
Principle: gabby you are suspended for two weeks now you may leave
(Gabby exits)
Emma: what!?!
Principle: look emma this is your ninth time in this office because of a fight and we try and be fair to our students but even we have our limits
Emma: what are you saying?
Principle: Emma you are expelled from this school
Emma: what you you can't expel me please give me detention for the rest of the year but please don't expel me!
Principle: I am sorry go clean out your locker and I will call your mother
Emma: fine (she exits and her friends are waiting by her locker)
Aria: so what happened?
Emma: I have been expelled
Victor: that's bull
Emma: tell me about it!
Tyler: well how about we go out tonight?
Emma: totally I need a major stress reliever
Aria: for sure
Emma's pov
So I was just talking with them when I heard the voice of the people I hate the most and couldn't believe they were here. My brother and his idiot friends.

Matthew: Emma Kiara espinosa!
Emma: what the hell are you guys doing here!?!
Nash: language
Emma: I don't care don't think you can come back and start telling me what to do!! Now what are you doing here
Matthew: we will explain when we get in the car now let's go
Emma: no not until you tell me where mom is and why she's not here
Cameron: don't make this harder for yourself then it already is
Matthew: no it's fine I'll tell her
Emma: what are you waiting for?!
Matthew: fine your moving with us to California and we are now your legal guardians
Emma: no your not and no way in hell am I going to California!!
Nash: again language!!
Emma: again I don't care!!!
Hayes: you will
Emma: whatever
Matt: let's go now
Emma: fine go to the car and I will be there in five minutes
Cameron: why should we trust you?
Emma: I just want to say bye to my friends can you trust me on that
Nash: fine three minutes
Emma: whatever
(The boys leave)
Aria: your not actually leaving are you?
Emma: no way I got the guys distracted so I am gonna walk to the entrance and make a run for it
Victor: good luck
Emma's pov
After I said bye to my friends I walked to casually to the car and then looked over and they were talking to me so I decided to make a run for it. I started running and sadly I heard footsteps behind me and I knew they saw me but I continued running until I was panting and next thing I know I feel arms around my waist and I looked and saw that it was nash. And I knew I lost I mean sure nash is sixteen but he's super tall and I am small.
And next thing I know I am in the car against my will.
