Chapter 16: SURPRISE!

When Jacob took the bag off the mysterious persons head, it revealed Lyte! A relieved feeling washed over Phantom, yet he was still tense. What was Jacob gonna do? Why did he choose Lyte? Was he saving Cyko for last? Who would be next? All these things raced through his mind, as did his heart.

"Now~-" Jacob says aggressively as he takes out a blade and puts it over Lyte's heart. "What should I do to Mr. Lyte here Phantom~? Should I cut out his heart like you did to mine? Or should I slit his throat for all the times you made me want to commit suicide?" The mood was tense, Lyte was unconscious, Cyko was nowhere to be seen, and with all that, Phantom didn't know what to do.

Phantom's POV:
I have to think of some way to get Jacob to drop the blade long enough for someone to come save us. I know Scarlet was to be coming soon, but she takes her sweet time getting ready. Maybe I could... No way... I'm not doing that, he's too smart to figure out what I'm going to do. Fuck. Cyko, where the hell are you?

Jacob POV:
I am beginning to lose my patience. I'm starting to ask myself if I should really kill someone... I've never been capable of killing someone, except myself. I don't know what I should do. I'm beginning I'm starting to lose my sanity over Phantom. Why couldn't he just stay with me instead of push me away to make room for that psycho! I rid Phantom of his parents just so I could get close to him...but not even that worked.

Lyte POV:
Zzzzz...Reed...

"Or maybe I should save this one for later and bring out the main course for you Phanny~" Jacob said tapping the knife on his beautiful pink lips. He may not have been the one Phantom wanted, but he sure as hell was hot. Hair fell in front of Jacobs face and he pushed it back with one hand, revealing the sexy look he gave Phantom, but the look was ineffective. He lost all patience when Phantom rolled his eyes, and he stabbed Lyte in his left leg and woke screaming in agony and pain.
