Chapter 30

Adrias POV

Me and Matt are together. I can definetly say that I missed him.

I woke up in his bed and he was awake on his phone laying next to me. I poked his cheek to get his attention.

He looked at me and smiled.

"Good morning" I said

He put his phone on the table.

"Good morning beautiful" he said turning to me and kissing me.

I couldn't help but smile.

"What do you want to do today?" I asked him

"You want to go on a date? Just like in the afternoon so its not to late" he asked

"Sure. I would love to"

We later got out of bed. I hugged him goodbye and went back to my house.

I changed my clothes, brushed my teeth, and did my hair. I ate cereal and plopped down onto the couch to watch some TV.

My phone got a text.

Mahogany:

Hey haven't talked to you in a whilee :P

I replied back.

Adria:

Haha yeah. Facetime me?

About a second later I got a video call from Mahogany and I answered it.

"Heyyy" she said waving to me

"Hi. Oh my gosh your hair!" I said looking at her hair. It was pink braids and it looks so pretty.

"Yeah you like it? I said I'd do something new with it" she said smiling

"I love it! Haha."

We stayed on facetime for a while catching up and joking around until she had to leave.

I went on my phone and was scrolling through twitter.

I got another text.

Matt:

Look behind u ;)

I slowly turned my head around to see Matt standing there with a box of poptarts in his hand.

I got up to hug him.

"Aww Matt"

"These are for you." he said handing them to me.

"Haha smores! My favorite kind." I said kissing him on the cheek.

"Ha yeah I remember you telling me that once"

"You're so sweet" I said

"You're sweeter" he said

He planted a soft kiss onto my lips unexpectedly.

"I love you Adria."

"I love you too Matt"

We sat on the couch together and ate a pack of the pop tarts.

"So where are we going for the date?" I asked him

He was chewing his poptart so he put a finger up at me to wait. I laughed at him when he finally swallowed.

"Welllll... I can't tell you." he said

"Come on Matt!" I said smiling at how cute he was

"You like surprises don't you?"

"Yeah... true. Alright but is it somewhere fancy?" I asked

"No. Just wear what you like. Its nothing too serious." He explained

"Okay"

I started to get ready for the date. I put on a big galaxy sweater over my tank top since it was windy. I put on black jeans and my black converses. I straightened my hair and put it in a high ponytail.

I was ready to leave. Matt would be here in about 5 minutes.

"Adria! You have a call" my mom said from the living room.

I walked to her and she handed me the phone.

"Hello?" I said wondering who was talking to me

"Hi Adria." they said

"Who is this?" I asked

"Its me silly, your father"

I haven't talked to him in so long. And his voice sounded different over the phone.

"Oh hi dad!" I said

"I just wanted to tell you, I'm moving to Hawaii for my job in a 2 weeks. I was wondering if you maybe wanted to live here with me. There's a lot of cool things here and I thought you might enjoy it here. That is, if you want to come."

I paused.

"I don't really know right now. I have a lot going on with me here and im not sure whether I want to leave. I can call you back later though to tell you my choice?" I said

"Alright honey, take your time. Talk to you then. Love you. Bye"

"Bye.....".

I hung up.

"So he wants you to go with him?" my mom asked me

"Yeah. Should I?" I asked her

"Well its your decision. But you do have to consider things like your relationship with Matt." she said

I nodded.

Later Matt knocked on the door and I went into the car with him as he started to drive.
