Father And Mother

      We used to be friends, we all were one together, the dragons and wolves. But one day this very fateful day the dragon king came and took over. He was able to control the dragons but not fully. There were a few that could not be controlled or if they could very little. my Dad was the king at the time he was kind and nice to all. But Red the one who took overthrew him out of the castle then sent guards to try to kill him. He ran into a cave and shoved a rock in front of it the cave was huge. He saw a small glow in the corner of the cave he walked over and it rose up. It started slowly transforming into a white wolf with large white wings. They looked at each other not saying a word. After a few seconds that felt like minutes, she passed out on the ground. He grabbed her and placed her gently on his back, pushed the rock out of the way, and flew off quickly.

He eventually landed in a small village far away from the kingdom. It was a village of mainly wolfs but there were a few dragons. Soon after, he found a cave just outside of town to use as a home to hide in until he could get back to the kingdom. He set down the wolf gently and started walking to the small village. He bought a bed and some food and took them back to the cave. He set down the bed near a pile of wood and set the food on a small rock shelf on the wall. It started to get dark out so he looked to the small wood pile and spit a small flame. As he was fixing the flame, the fragile female wolf opened her eyes, looking over with a smile. "I didn't expect a dragon to be helping me." She said in a quiet voice. "So what is your name?" She asked shyly. "My name is Drago," Drago replied with a soft voice. "Well, I am glad that you saved me, If it wasn't for you, I would have been killed "My name is Luna" she said. Luna tried to stand up but she wobbled over falling flat on her side. Drago ran over quickly and stood next to her helping her get back up. Helping her walk over to the mattress, he set her down and went to grab supplies to cook a meal for the beautiful wolf. He prepared a small dinner of lamb and peas and grabbed a couple large leaves using them as plates. He said "Eat, you need to regain your strength back. Luna nodded and started eating. After she finished, Luna thanked him for the meal and layed down on the mattress. The fire started burning out so Drago quickly grabbed more fire wood and placed it in the pile, spitting a bit more fire, it sprouted a red flower of flames that would keep them warm for the rest of the night, Drago walked over to the rock shelf and grabbed his plate of food, walking over to Luna, he sat down and began to eat as he looked over at Luna falling asleep. Placing down his plate, he stood up and covered luna with a blanket that he bought. Drago had finished his food and sighed, he laid down next to the mattress on the cold hard floor and fell asleep.

       Luna woke up early in the morning she looked out the cave and saw that it was pouring. She looked over at Drago passed out on the ground. She stood up a bit wobbly but was able to walk over to the entrance of the cave and sat there sticking her head out, letting the raindrops hit her face. Drago woke up, looking over at Luna, he stood up and started walking over to her. "good morning Luna" He said in a hoarse yet quiet tone. "I have never seen rain this close before, I like it, I like the smell too" Luna said smiling. "I like it too." Drago blushed. They both stared off into the foggy forest in front of them. Luna leaned over putting her head on Dragos' shoulder and shivered. He smiled and lifted up his wings, wrapping Luna up in a close hug. They both looked over and realized what they have done and it both clicked in their heads, They were in love. They both looked back at the fog and sighed while thinking about each other.
