Staring at the two immoral beings who were earlier busy pecking with each other, made Krissy realize the truth behind the words she has read on her favorite romance books.

She proved that the book wasn't lying when it said that seeing the person you love with someone else is like your world is falling apart. Because right then and there, as she gazed at them in confusion with what to do or what to feel, Krissy could hear the tiny bits of her heart falling and crushing down.

She felt betrayed that it was not too long ago when she realized that she was growing an attraction towards her fiancee but now, she was waken up with the slap of reality. It was like she was reminded of her place in Robin's life- the girl he bought to fulfill his manly desires. But was she not enough? Was he not satisfied with her performance the night before, when she fully gave everything to him?

With her tears starting to fall, Krissy took a swift turn and ran her way out of the office. The sight of two disgusting naked bodies inside that room suffocated her. She couldn't bear looking at them for a little longer. So along with her her heart's falling pieces, she ran out of his office and his company, with her tears flowing like the water in a broken tap.

Robin was not able to move for that brief moment. The sight of Krissy in his office was unbelievable for him. He had wished for that moment to come and he should have jumped in glory if only he wasn't in that situation. He cursed himself a million times inside his head wishing that what just happened was only a nightmare.

Finally snapping out, he hurriedly put his clothes back on not minding the nude hoe before him. All he thinks about is how he will explain to Krissy. With the scene that she saw, he knew that asking for forgiveness is not enough.

"Babe, are you leaving me?" his lady client who seduced him earlier said seductively and tried to cling in his arms but he pushed her away even before she could touch him.

"Put on your clothes and leave my company." He tightly said and started walking to the door.

"But we're not done with our business yet. We still haven't negotiated with my offer to your company." He closed his eyes hastily. He may be a monster in bed but he still has respect for women though not all of them deserved to be respected like the witch inside his office.

"No, we're done. And I am not accepting your offer. Now leave and never come forth my sight again." He continued his pace to the door and noticed the bag of food that Krissy brought earlier.

What have I done? He asked himself. He surely have hurt Krissy more than he expected and it seems like he failed his promise of never making her shed a single tear again.

He asked his secretary about Krissy and he said that he has seen her hurrying inside the elevator and seemed like crying. He thought that she was probably out now and the fact that Krissy was crying, bothered him more. How stupid of him to give in to temptation. He knew he should also be blamed and he is more than willing to do anything and everything just to regain Krissy's trust and have her forgiveness, even though it is as impossible as breathing out fire.

Krissy kept on running when she went out of Robin's company. She has no idea of where she was going and just let her feet take her to anywhere, away from Robin. Away from her first heart break.

It was still seven in the evening and the street was very busy. She even bumped into multiple people walking on the sidewalk but she dared not to say sorry and continued running. The scene she witnessed earlier kept on playing and all she wanted was to wash it away so she could no longer feel the ache in her chest.

She stopped at an intersection with a heavy breathing. She was not an athletic person nor she had a regular exercise but she was fit enough to run for a few meters. But not this time. It felt like she had run for hundreds of kilometers that her heart felt heavy. Her tears are still continuously rushing down like they had wanted to get out of her eyes, badly.

She looked up and saw the dark sky. There were a few stars and it seemed like the clouds were darker than usual.

She sarcastically laughed. Even the sky empathized what she's feeling at that moment. It was as gloom and miserable as her. It felt like the end for her.

"So this is how heart break felt like." She whispered to herself.

If she only knew that loving would hurt this bad, then she should have never let her feelings grow. She should have just let it die in drought for her attraction towards Robin. But with a man who could be compared to god, both in physicality and intelligence, who would not be swayed?

Her young and innocent heart should be blamed for the pain she is suffering. Why did she ever forget that she was only the girl that Robin bought for business? She should not have expected that Robin could have been attracted to her too. She was fooling herself for believing that the mighty Robin could see her as a woman of value rather than being a cheap girl that can be easily bought from her parents.

Her parents. She suddenly thought of them. Have they known that she is going to face this kind of hellish situation? Was hurting her one of their intentions of selling her? Do they hate her that much that they were able to send her into a mansion of grandeur that is filled with grief?

How worse can her life be? How much more distress does she needs to bear? Moments like this make her think that living is not a blessing at all. It was rather a great burden that a person should bear as long as he could breathe. It was moments like this that make her wish for death.

How can a sixteen years old girl suffer so much?

As she drifts back towards reality, the image of the busy street around her came into view. The sound of the cars running here and there and the chatters of people passing by, gave her that nostalgic feeling. She felt like a cat lost in a big city.

She took a step forward. She was almost at the edge of the sidewalk. A few meters before her is the other side of the street. The red signal of the traffic light signifies that people are allowed to cross the street. The cars and vehicles are patiently waiting for that go signal, and so is she.

She is eager for that green light- a sign to go and move on. A sign to walk ahead and leave everything behind. As the number of people crossing by, the timer started to count down.

The number ten flashed in red light and changed to nine in swift

The number ten flashed in red light and changed to nine in swift. Three... she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

Here's the green light that she awaits.

A loud horn of a car could be heard and the bright light from its headlight is visible in her closed eyes, but Krissy bravely took a few steps forward.
