Two words: Green Suburbia.
A girl: Celia Banks.
One summer spent together.
She wasn't a fan of the flash hit sensation. When one of them was a boy you'd went to school with since you were four (and had seen enough bath-time and potty pictures of to last you a lifetime thank you very much) it's easy to not see all the fuss. It wasn't her type of music and that was that. Only then it wasn't. Her best friend is dating said boy whose baby pictures Celia's seen too many of. And with him comes his band. And with his band; their fans. Social media handles are all on lock down and private and Celia is not so ready for the immersion into 'fangirl' culture courting the friendship of a boy band brings.
A/N:
Hey guys! New story here and I'm pretty much looking forwards to it! It's sort of inspired by the many band fanfictions out there. However this is not a fanfiction. I don't know any band well enough to write about them and I don't think I'd feel entirely comfortable doing so either. This is an experiment where I try to write something pretty fluffy and fun while avoiding the clichés I don't like. Of course there might well be one or two clichés in here as I am a fan of some.
Basic editing only will be done as I'll be uploading as I post.
