Little Disagreements

Kaito's pov

I laid in my bed boarding sleep and from being awake. The thought of me dying from this sickness was unreal. I cant die yet. I wonder how it will effect everyone... including Maki. I love her so i dont wanna hurt her. I look over at her and she was looking away as if she was pained.

"Maki" i said weakly

"What is it Kaito?" She said

"Are you okay it looks as if something is bothering you" i said

"Its nothing im fine" She said right after my sentence was done

"Maki... please tell me the truth.." i said

"Kaito...." she said getting up and walking towards me

She looks at me in the eyes and I could tell she was sad. Damn it I regret asking her if she was okay. She kept looking at me until she broke... she fell to her knees and started crying on top of me.

"Maki..." i said softly

"I don't want to lose you Kaito..." she cried

"You won't Maki I'll be fine trust me" I reassured

"will you be truly fine?... you're going to die Kaito just look at you.." she said

"Maki we still have the chance to free ourselves from here" i said

"I know.... but i want to be able to save you." She said

"But out of all people why me?... I thought you didn't want me around because i was an idiot..." i said

"You maybe an idiot but your much more than that Kaito" she said wiping her eyes

I sat up a little and leaned against my pillow and myself against the head of the bed frame "what do you mean "much more" Maki?"

She said nothing got up and looked at me. To be completely honest i was confused by what she meant..suddenly out of no where when i was lost in thought she kissed me out of nowhere. She pulled away and blushed slightly

"You get it now Kaito?" She said

"Umm... yeah sure" i said blushing more than her

"Good at least you get it." She stated

"Yeah..." i smiled

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Maki suddenly got up. Its probably Shuichi wanting to pay a visit. I bet I worried everyone about the whole blood thing in the bathroom. As Maki opened the door she had a pissed look on her face

"Why are you here" Maki said angry

"I need to talk with Kaito its really important" said someone at the door

The voice sounded familiar but it wasn't Shuichi... its was actually Kokichi? What was he doing here? And why does he need me or need to talk to me? I'll just listen to what he needs I guess

"You need to leave" Maki snapped

"Maki" i said
